Would definitely want to send my regards and appreciation to the service given for my stay from the 21 to 22nd May 2022. Booked 2 rooms to host an advance birthday celebration. Yet again One Farrer hotel has surprised us with the many gems of customer service. Pre-arrival. Once again, through email communications, Jocelyn from Front Office was very welcoming as usual and arranged everything in order for my arrival's convenience. Really appreciate everything she has done and am thankful! Check-in Kit from reception was efficient in explaining the tight occupancy and invited us to the lounge. Nonetheless, would really like to thank Eugene & Team for providing quality service and service recovery on the small hiccups that happen throughout the stay. Kudos to housekeeping too for their fast response. Lounge. Last but not least, Mr Malek has definitely brought the standards of customer service to the next level, portraying professionalism in his work and ensuring my family was well-taken care of the whole time. We indulged in such treatment that we barely left the lounge and hotel. I still remember at times Malek was extremely polite in serving us which is really another gem in the hotel which serves as an extreme role model to his service and his peers. Thanks, Malek, we will be back! Nonetheless, appreciate the service given and would like to thank the team for the wonderful stay. Thanks!

Amazing great weekday getaway. Got an instant upgrade by Areen for our room upon arival. Room was beautiful and on the skyline lounge level. We had an awesome skyline lounge experience too. Nice food and drinks during breakfast, lunch & dinner, all thanks to the chefs. Room was very cozy and clean, bed was very comfortable. All the staffs (Areen, Malek, Bee Lian) we had encountered are very welcoming, friendly and provided great service. Sad to leave. Need to stay at least 2 nights!

Really pleasant stay here! Thanks for the complimentary birthday cake for my boyfriend as well.:) the room & view is really nice as well with quite a high floor. Nearby with shopping mall, 711s, etc as well. However, the breakfast bento is a bit underwhelming & so so. Will definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and bright. Staff were friendly and the hotel was nice to provide a small slice of cake when I requested for a nice room as a post birthday treat. Swimming pool was huge, comes with jacuzzi and no prior reservations required to use the pool! The gym was also huge but did not have the chance to use it during my stay.

Really friendly staff who were more than happy to help. Fei Yan was excellent at housekeeping and the room had all we could need and more. Only negative is the pool area which has bird poo on the furniture. This wasn’t cleaned often (you could see the same poo from the day before on chairs). We got some on our clothing. If this was checked and cleaned more often, it would be excellent.

We had booked a mint den in the one farrer hotel and it was awesome. The room was super clean and maintained well everyday; the toiletries were replaced on a daily basis. As someone who eats only vegetarian food, the proximity to little india also provided a variety of restaurants with veg options. The hotel is also a stone’s thrOW from Farrer Park MRT making the commute to various places easy. Overall a great hotel and will recommend it highly.

They were brilliant when One Farrer first opened. Mr Malik host of the 18th floor lounge is a shining light of hospitality. A professionalism worthy of the Top Paris Hotels. The Hotel need more like him. Cleaning service was incredibly improved since June 24. Seemed more professional. we look forward to our next visit later this year some time. I did not bother to review rooms. They are top quality with excellent beds and Bathrooms. I should mention, the only Hotel in this run through 6 hotels in 2 countries that had TV which worked properly and had options of movies in English. (other languages too of course) So well done management. Perhaps one complaint from me... I have Sleep Apnea and need a darkened room for sleeping. The digital room control pads seem unable to be darkened and at night the room is flood lit by them like a night time Sporting Arena. Next visit I will bring a hammer to remedy them as no amount of button pressing will fix them. Finally a suggestion to seniior management ... book into your hotel incognito and spend a night. see how it runs and learn room issues.

Excellent property in a really convenient location. The executive lounge is the star of this hotel and definitely worth the extra, the staff (especially Malek) are exceptional. Pool area needs some attention for broken sun loungers and better staffing at the pool bar

Upgraded to villa room which was huge and had a big balcony area and hot tub. Bedroom was also huge although bizarrely for a high end hotel, power points were only provided one side of the bed. The lights and blinds are all 'smart' but the switches don't work properly and so can be a bit frustrating. The hot tub had to be cleaned daily as had no cover and kept getting black bits in. Also, it never got above 29 degrees, so wasn't hot. TV is smart but casting just doesn't work at all and the other functionality is also very odd. Breakfast was in the lounge and was limited but tasted great. Also we got free lunch and dinner which were also limited range but well presented and tasted great. Staff were also really friendly and helpful but work very long hours. The pool is the best bit as its huge. However to get there you had to walk through a building site with covers on the ground and the slabs around the poor are mainly loose and so it just gave the impression of being unfinished. Finally on check-out, we weren't even asked how our stay was, just were told our deposit would be refunded and bye. Definitely not five star experience. All this being said, it's easy to fix everything and so hopefully they will and then the hotel will be amazing.

Good location to an mrt station. Close to both little India and China town. Room was clean tidy and a decent size. Might be a random thing to comment on, but....Only thing I didn't quite like was that the toilet seat was a bit high... Like when I sat down... My feet would be on my tip toes and I'm tall (6ft) !

A great hotel for a city break. Brilliant amenities, great customer service, swimming pool. We stayed in a room on the 15th floor with the fantastic view of the area. The room had a coffee maker and a kettle. The bed was very comfortable and the shower room was huge. Staff were great and we had a warm welcome. The hotel is a short underground ride to the centre and Marina Bay. We would stay there again. The hotel has the most amazing pastry chef. The cakes are sold in the shop at the lobby. They are divine.
