We had really a great stay! Check in was fast! No deposit required. Beautiful lobby! Got a free upgrade to family room that come with a tent that my daughter love it so much! Extra bed for her to z too. The king bed is so big. They even send in anniversary card wishes and cakes for us! Staff are all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is good too. Really enjoyed our stay and we will be back for sure! Thanks for everything!

Liked a lot! Was given early check-in around 12pm, upgraded to Family room, which was surprising and exciting for my children! Staff were kind and breakfast was tasty! Recommend!

Was a pleasant 2D1N stay. Booked premier room with breakfast included. The room tv wasn’t working well at first, but they quickly send a engineer to resolve it & it works well throughout the staycation. Overall, the room plus bed was pretty clean & comfortable, huge spread of breakfast spread which I did not expected. Location was awesome too, with various choice of food around. Just a pity that we didn’t get late check out to enjoy such great experience.

We love the ambience of the hotel. It was not crowded, cool, chillax. Staffs were very approachable & friendly. Room was quite spacious, clean & neat. We got the good deal of early check in & late check out. Everything is so near. Supermarket, fast food, malls, icecreams. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and bathtub was great with good water pressure. The afternoon tea included was quite filling and most importantly loved the breakfast spread. Do note that IC is needed before going to board the lift.

Orchard Hotel has nice upgraded rooms at a quiet corner of orchard road. The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean and welcoming. The room has a modern and warm vibe, and a nice big window. Bath tub available. Breakfast spread was comprehensive but overall food quality was mediocre.

It was quite OK. The lady, Amanda who handled my check in made the whole process a breeze. Super friendly & polite. Check in was made easy by dropping the keys at the express check out box. Some areas in the room were quite dusty though. Especially where the kettle is being placed, the hairdryer & the bedside tables. Cleanliness can be improved. The breakfast buffet is average.
