Love this place. Nice place. Very fast response from owner. Good service. Great accommodation. Especially good Chinatown location. Who wants to explore Chinatown, this place is highly recommended. Check in & check out system which makes guest easy.

The room is great and the staffs despite being online is very helpful! The only thing I don't like much is the bathroom that is at that time a bit dirty. I'd love to come here again in the future.

Always my favorite place to stay in Singapore. Clean, worth the price, seamless check-in/check-out experience. They don't have elevator though and the rooms run until 4th floor, so please be mindful of your luggage if you decided to stay here.

I had a pleasant stay at ST signature Chinatown the room is clean and cozy though I hope that the shared toilets is just within the floor where the room is. Its quite a hassle to walk up to the 3rd floor to shower and use the toilet. But overall I will still recommend backpackers and light travelers to check out ST signature Chinatown Hotel.

Unique way to check in Singapore. I am happy with the friendly and fast service. I ordered a room with window, but when I checked in I didn't get it, then the Cs gave it. I am very satisfied living here. Clean and comfortable. Not difficult to get to MRT station. Closed to food center in China town.

Hotel is clean. Small room but cozy and comfortable. It's located in central area, very convenient to travel around by MRT or bus or even walking. Check in/out or when you want to find a help could be solved through its app promptly. Though I haven't met any staffs there but can feel they're very friendly and hospitality.

love it! it's just perfect and would be come back to book again. having hard time with self check-in online but what a cool thing is you don't have to face to face with front desk guy when you're not in a good mood check-in at midnight :)

You must have a credit card if you want to book this hotel. Check in & Check out using their online system to get your hotel room's access number (they don't use physical key nor access card), and you must input your credit card data for deposit. The access number will be sent to your e-mail and it will be used by inputting it to your room door's access panel every time you enter your room. No stand-by-staff there. All interaction with their staff is online only using their online system. They provide tea, coffee... If you book triple room, the third bed is located upper the main bed, and you must step the table to go up.

Please note that our hotel practices self-check-in. Please download the ‘ST Signature Chat-In’ mobile App in advance from Apple App Store or Google Play Store for ease of checking in. Thereafter, follow the instructions as prompted. Please note that you can complete your pre-arrival registration 6 days prior to arrival date. However, check in can only be completed while you are present at the hotel.
Credit card Pre-authorization at SGD 50 is required; this will be refunded to you 14 workings days after check-out. Please note that the refund for debit card might take longer, depend on the bank. 
It is a must to check in with either your physical NRIC, FIN Card or passport. A selfie is required for check-in to match with the identification uploaded.
To unlock the door, please turn on Bluetooth on the phone and scan the phone over the door lock.
Early check-in and late checkout are subjected to availability and charges may apply. Please contact Community Hosts via the chat for the arrangement. 
Extra bed is not allowed in all room types
If you are travelling with young children or the elderly, it is advisable to request for rooms with lower beds.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. A SGD 500 fine will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
