I will definitely come back! Great service, amazing room ambience, and totally love the neighborhood. I don’t mind the distance to public transport, especially MRT, since I travel a lot by bus. The location is very convenient. Thank you for the awesome hospitality.

Parents had a great time there for their anniversary, chic and nearby restaurants are aplenty. Good breakfast 🍳 provided as well. Thank you m studio!

Quick and easy check-in. Room looks good. The bed could be more comfortable in our opinion. Breakfast was so-so. Cleaning service was great. Overall, still a satisfying stay.

Two hours for checking in and spoiled food outside the rooms walkway and smelly! We never get compensated for the lost of 2 hours for check in time, supposed to check in 3pm instead 5pm. For breakfast, We had been advised by the staff that the food put on the floor outside our room is our breakfast, we checked and found out is a spoiled food, so the staff rearrange us to go restaurant for dine in. While waiting our food at restaurant, the staff missed out our order so we waited almost one hour for our breakfast. We suspect there are many shn and people quarantine in this hotel while they are open to public for staycation, especially from the food they hang outside the room and leave the leftover food outside the room walkway!

We expected this hotel would be as good as m hotel as we knew m hotel gave us many good experiences… but to our great disappointment… had requested for good view for our room but when we checked in we can see from how the staffs looking & staring at their system for at least 8-10mins tell us that they did not take note of our requests even we emailed them multiple times a month ago with their respond to us. Follow on they insisted that they got no room for any view but facing Nanson road which is a building… well, as I see them don't intend to do anything or give us any alternatives so I suggested to upgrade our Premier Loft to Executive Loft. Because I chose to book a hotel with loft I expected a better view than just a building for Father's Day. So we got this free upgrade to Executive Loft & after we went into our room, we discovered the room surfaces were full of dusts, floor mat was damp & with stains, flooring were with leftover tidbits or snack (food leftovers or drops from previous guests) … We went down to get our free Welcome Drink which were included in our hotel package & also informed them with pictures about the stains and dirt we discovered, they told us they will send up a housekeeping to clean the room… that was about 5pm… we went out for dinner & came back at 9.30pm but still we saw the same stains on floor mat & food particles. We requested for a ice bucket to soak our wine (I repeated to the staffs twice that it's a bucket to soak my wine bottle & he responded he noted that) ended up a very impatient Uncle send up a small ice bucket meant for ice only (usually for consuming) we tried to ask him that it's a bigger one but we only spoke two words & haven finish our sentence he give a black face & walked away. Real bad service from housekeeping… and so we tot maybe the front desk counter didt hear us carefully so hubby bring the ice bucket down personally (as they always don't answer their front desk phone) to ask for a bucket with ice to soak our wine… the staffs counter told us don't have & if we want we can go the opposite 7-11 to buy ourselves 🙄 … Plus the housekeeping forever didt turn up & the same counter staffs told us that due to shortage of manpower that why it's not attended yet & rest assured that housekeeping will definitely turned up. Well… now I'm writing this message & it's currently 11.15pm & not even one housekeeping came up. Breakfast area was like a market place. Crowded & cramped. No one was there to attend to us & we felt helpless, lost & hungry. All the guests were standing beside a table waiting for diners to leave. It's kind of like chopping table for their next turn. Absolutely like what diners do in a hawkers. And we managed to get a table but was shared by 6 guests squeezing beside us without even asking. Totally uncomfortable 😳 And the food was all over seasoned with salt. Everything was bad on my plate. Not much variety anyway. Buffet style but also over crowded like market place. So I decided it's enough for me to take & I shall write this post. Time & chances given & since not appreciated then it's fine. The most we won't be coming back again! Once is enough for such a lousy service & experiences!

Called one day beforehand and was told that free parking is limited at 7 lots only! Other parking lots nearby are all chargeable and hefty hence we took a taxi here and and reached at 12.30pm for check in. Was told that the room is not ready until about 3pm but we came back around 2pm as there is nothing around the vicinity. Told to wait 15-20 mins and the room is still not ready yet. Endless waiting so please do not come early for check in as instructed by hotel staff. Was told to sit at the side and will be informed when room ready. Then end up have to check again and room was ready but never inform us! The lobby is just so small so impossible cannot see us. Aircon is quite warm even at lowest temperature already… breakfast is good but takes abit of time, checkout time is not flexible.. was still having breakfast at 10.30am and given upto latest 11.30am to check out, quite rush…

The room is exactly like in the photo, the double bed downstairs is soft and comfortable, there is a sofa bed in the loft and can sleep 1 or 2 more people. Shower and toilet are separated, note for the toilet there is no bidet, so for those who are not used to it, it's better to bring your own portable bidet. Fast and friendly service, rooms are cleaned every day, get 2 bottles of aqua every day. The rooms are clean and bright, the rooms are still like new. There is a pool and gym. Those who like jogging in the riverside area have a jogging track. Overall satisfied and very happy staying at Studio M. Access to transportation is also very good, there is a bus stop (River Pl Condo) and an MRT station (fort channel). The hotel environment is also nice and quiet, close to 7 Eleven and the hotel has a memo cafe. Anyway, if you go to Singapore again, you will definitely stay at Studio M again. If there were 11 stars I would definitely give it to Studio M.
