Hotel Capitol Kempinski in Singapore is one of the most incredible hotels we have visited and we travel frequently. Our suite was meticulously clean and beautiful. All staff members are kind and gentle....genuinely eager to please. The breakfasts were spectacular! It is a wonderful hotel...great location too!

I found the staff at the Capitol Kempinski to be so helpful and friendly. Unfortunately it was an overnight only, however, Tasha was able to get me an earlier check in which was great. The room I had was large with a separate bathroom. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was OK. Sometimes it depends on what you order. The Maître was lovely and he even brought me a magazine as I was dining Alone

We arrived at the hotel very late, Jason welcomed us and made us feel at home right away. Jason also helped us with the required MDAC form for our entry to Malaysia, we are very grateful for his help. The hotel is well appointed and conveniently located, we enjoyed our stay.

Interior was great although some furniture were not in good condition for a 5star hotel, but the room was too narrow to move around. Breakfast was excellent though 👍.

Air condition blows at my face while sleeping, very painful, poor design. Staff are friendly and helpful, but nothing can be done. Curtain blind could not roll down, fixed, but then could not roll up, causing no sunlight during daytime. Sorry, I would not come back to stay again.

My sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused knowing how much discomfort you experienced, particularly with AC and curtain. I am aware that the team proactively offered room change, but that unfortunately was politely declined.

It was really great! From the spacious room to the massive bathroom, to the service quality of all hotel staff, the little birthday surprise, and the variety and taste of breakfast. There was no bad thing I can point out. Keep it up! I hope to visit again!

The room was clean, and the bathroom was really spacious! Service was good-staff were friendly and courteous, and even personally guided you to your room on check-in. The breakfast was also really good. The only gripe we had was that our room had an electrical buzzing sound that wasn't noticeable in the day, but was annoying at night when we were trying to sleep. Feedback to the reception on check-out and they said they would look into it.

My friend and I had a very pleasant stay. We didn't receive any reservation reminder and did not get to book a pool slot. They kindly extended our check out time so that we could have a dip in the pool the next morning before we leave.

Check in was fast. We were brought to our rooms and told that mini bar was free. However the phones in the room didn't work. So we had to call from the phone in the hallway or with our mobile phones.
