Exe Zarzuela Park

This hotel is in the suburbs. Very quiet at night. Right now, it is very much under construction. Which means the restaurant is closed. The lobby is small not air conditioned. Has vending machines to purchase drinks and some snacks. The staff is friendly and helped with ordering taxis. There is a fridge in your room with beverages for purchase. The nearest restaurant or store is at lease 1.5 miles (2.416 km). Which is walkable but the 161 bus is right outside the hotel and comes frequently. We used it to go to restaurants near by and it connects to the metro to get to the heart of Madrid. Public transport is convenient quite safe and fast. Also, taxis and Uber are quick as well. The pool is the highlight of this hotel. The room was fine. Could have used a little sweep as the floors were a bit dusty. Bed was comfortable. AC takes awhile to kick in but works. It would have been nice if the water in the fridge was complimentary like other hotels we stayed in Spain. Especially since this hotel is not near a store or that the restaurant is under construction. In conclusion, our stay was just fine for the three nights we stayed. We slept well and had no trouble getting around and the price was right. Had a very nice dinner at Lateral in Aravaca. The 161 bus line drops you off right out front about a 10 min ride. There is convenient store near as well.

The property is old and service is not very good, considering the price it was not worth it

Clean, good food.nice pool,great parking very helpful staff. But there does not appear to be any control or consideration of where tp put noisy kids and teenagers.We had an afternoon by the pool with a group if girls playing their boombox at full volume. At night the shouting,screaming and laughter went on and were woken at 4am by someting going on the hall which involved shouting and giiggling.

Hotel is nice and rooms are clean, Staff was great. Not much to do around if you dont have a car.

La atención ha sido excelente. Pedí servicio a la habitación y me trajeron muy rápido la comida, que además estaba deliciosa. La habitación está impecable, la cama es muy cómoda y el baño tiene todo lo que se necesita. En el caso del baño, los productos son de buena calidad. Ha sido una muy buena experiencia.

Low quality on non refund breakfast fee even guest didn’t have it.

Restaurant closed so please be aware it served a purpose lacked character however was comfortable.

Good hotel in a very quite place, ideal to disconnect from the city during a business trip. Only drawback is covid restrictions. I was told there is no restaurant, coffee shop or any food service to your room because of covid, the rest of the hotels I stayed did not have this issue. I understand it is because low occupation.

Quiet and good location for my trip. Clean. Kind staff and cleaning crew.

Modern well equipped. Stayed for one night as I had a business meeting nearby. Not much in the immediate vicinity around the hotel.

Rugs are old. Painting is old. Needs upkeep. Uswd ti habe a higher standard. No longer!

Stop over next to Madrid with the car. Using Uber to go downtown

Excellent breakfast. Courteous staff. Bus stop in front of hotel. Clean facility. Not fency but good value for cost. Not near restaurants or attractions.

Nice hotel in quiet suburban area. Probably not a good location unless you have transport. Breakfast was great. Room very clean. Large outdoor area. Easy secure parking.

Staff very helpful and friendly, our room very comfortable A bus service right out the front that takes you to the Metro that takes you to Madrid city (bus takes 10 minutes) we often walk from the Moncloa to the city 20 minute walk

La habitación que me asignaron estaba recién reformada, con baño con ducha en vez de bañera. Grata sorpresa!!! El cambio me ha encantado
