Exe Zarzuela Park

Building Site, no restaurant, only vensing machine did not work. Had to wait 10-15 to enter gate at arrival…..not good at all

This hotel is in the suburbs. Very quiet at night. Right now, it is very much under construction. Which means the restaurant is closed. The lobby is small not air conditioned. Has vending machines to purchase drinks and some snacks. The staff is friendly and helped with ordering taxis. There is a fridge in your room with beverages for purchase. The nearest restaurant or store is at lease 1.5 miles (2.416 km). Which is walkable but the 161 bus is right outside the hotel and comes frequently. We used it to go to restaurants near by and it connects to the metro to get to the heart of Madrid. Public transport is convenient quite safe and fast. Also, taxis and Uber are quick as well. The pool is the highlight of this hotel. The room was fine. Could have used a little sweep as the floors were a bit dusty. Bed was comfortable. AC takes awhile to kick in but works. It would have been nice if the water in the fridge was complimentary like other hotels we stayed in Spain. Especially since this hotel is not near a store or that the restaurant is under construction. In conclusion, our stay was just fine for the three nights we stayed. We slept well and had no trouble getting around and the price was right. Had a very nice dinner at Lateral in Aravaca. The 161 bus line drops you off right out front about a 10 min ride. There is convenient store near as well.

Very comfy bed, very good breakfast.

Pretty worn down hotel. Nice area though and free safe parking.

It is a very practical hotel in the surroundings of Madrid.

The property is old and service is not very good, considering the price it was not worth it

Clean, good food.nice pool,great parking very helpful staff. But there does not appear to be any control or consideration of where tp put noisy kids and teenagers.We had an afternoon by the pool with a group if girls playing their boombox at full volume. At night the shouting,screaming and laughter went on and were woken at 4am by someting going on the hall which involved shouting and giiggling.

Quarto aceitável mas instalações de recepção e restaurante suficientes .Serviço de jantar mau para o tipo de hospedagem . Valor de quarto elevado para a qualidade de oferta . Única vantagem ser perto do evento da Longines

Hotel is nice and rooms are clean, Staff was great. Not much to do around if you dont have a car.

Muy baja la calidad del servicio: El estado del mantenimiento del lugar en los sitios comunes da signos de abandono ( deterioro en general de las instalaciones, maquina multifuncion del gimnasio inactiva, intenso Ruido de la calefaccion en la habitacion, frigobar de la habitacion imcompleta ( los kit kat de la lista de check out ausentes), maquina de snack de la recepcion fuera de funcionamiento. El personal de recepcion en nuestro arribo, tardo en atendernos por efectuar tareas de mantenimiento ( refuerza el item anteriormente mencionado). Maquina de cafe en el bar sin funcionar. Tostadora de pan antigua (lento calentamiento). En la habitacion no habia agua, ni posibilidad de presentar calentador de agua, ni infusiones. Las vistas a las sierras no son visibles. Aclaro que nos tomamos nuestro tiempo para expresar nuestra inquietud. Pero ante nuestro reclamo el primer dia con la recepcion, de los problemas mencionados, no nos ofrecieron solucion; solo nos pedian que atrasemos nuestro itinerario para cambiar la habitacion. Teniendo mucha experiencia en viajes tanto nacionales como internacionales este hotel esta muy alejado de ser un hotel de alta clase como menciona en sus caracteristicas. Las tres estrellas esta sobrevalorado. Desde ya, no tuvimos una buena estadia. Tratamos de expresar nuestra inquietud sin respuesta alguna.

Un poco incómodo el acceso a donde están las.habitaciones, pero en general es una buena opción dentro de Madrid.

Schöne Hotelanlage am Stadtrand von Madrid in einem Nobelwohnviertel gelegen Daher allerdings auch ein wenig ab vom Schuss, keine wirklichen Alternativen für Abendessen in näherer Umgebung; die Hotelküche hat dabei nicht überzeugt Viele kostenlose Parkplätze auf dem Gelände vorhanden Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und komfortabel Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich

Está un poco apartado de servicios de alimentos pero es un lugar seguro y cómodo

Alles war super, obwohl die Türkarten störanfällig sind und ein ernsthaftes Problem verursachten
