Hotel Rey Alfonso X

It was centrally located, clean and quiet. Staff were helpful. Bathrooms a bit austere with no grab bars.

I woud recommend Hotel Rey Alfonso X because it is clean, modern and in a very central position in Seville very close to everything. The room was adequate and the bathroom was first class. There is a roof top swimming pool which is a bit small for the hotel and the pool terraces are on different levels. The reception staff are extremely helpful and brought water to my room late at night. There was lots of choice at breakfast and it was well set out and was delicious. This was my second time at this hotel and I will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel very centrally located. 5 minutes walk to the cathedral. There is a quaint Plaza, right in front of the hotel with lots of restaurants options around. The rooftop is really pleasant in the night when temperature is very comfortable during the summer days and you can enjoy the top of the cathedral and other beautiful structures in the nighttime as well as the city view. Hotel interior is also beautiful and clean. Room is spacious and comfortable. The only downside is the AC in the room, it’s the kind that is very loud when it’s turned on. There is no way to control the fan. You can set the desired temperature then it will be on and off automatically, when it’s working it makes loud humming and fan blows right out to the head, which kept waking me up. The only remedy is to turn it off, but then the room gets too warm when the weather is hot. This feels a structural problem when they designed the room and put in the build-in AC.

This was our second stay at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. Beautiful room, excellent breakfast and well maintained rooftop pool and terrace. We were only staying 1 night this trip and chose this hotel for its great location. I would definitely choose this hotel if we return to Seville.

Really comfortable air conditioned room, nice shower/bathroom and nice to have a bidet in there too! Staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic location, literally walking distance from all the major sights. Rooftop pool was awesome!!

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was excellent and very convenient to local restaurants, shops, and attractions, which made getting around so easy. One thing I really appreciated was the parking access

The hotel was spotless, had lovely amenities ie rooftop terrace was stunning and the young waitress at the bar was always happy and helpful. The breakfast had an excellent selection of fresh food and the waiting staff were always polite, friendly and accommodating. I’d highly recommend anyone to stay here, hotel was certainly a 4 star and location to all amenities was excellent.

Room size and bed size both fabulous with good room facilities (coffee machine/water etc). It was nice to have roof top pool and sun beds but pool was small and not many spaces for sun beds but still nice to have in central Seville. The hotels is great for room, convenient location to walk to all the sites and restaurants. The only downside the hotel lacked a 'soul' no central bar area or hub.
