El hotel muy limpio y moderno y el staff muy amable y servicial. Llegamos antes de la hora del check-in y muy amablemente nos guardaron nuestro equipaje. La habitación espaciosa e impecable. Adicional, nos regalaron una botella de Cava ❤️ También nos asistieron a coordinar la transportación hacia el aeropuerto. Definitivamente cuando regresemos a Sevilla, nos volveremos a hospedar en este hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely big bed and room with complementary tea, coffee and water. Wonderful location right in the middle of the old town, a very easy walk to all the main sites. If driving be warned you will be navigating some very narrow cobbled streets to reach the hotel, there are a couple of parking spaces directly outside the hotel from where your car will be parked by the concierge. Parking was 22 euros per 24 hours for our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel you will be looked after.

Nothing wrong with the property . The noises from joining rooms and up above terrible. i.e moving furniture , when cleaners are moving around. Lobby area is very limited. One girl was in the reception very rude and unhelpful and this girl need customer care training as soon as possible. other staff were helpful and good. If you need peaceful sleep or relaxing time please do not book this hotel.

Reception was friendly and helpful and location was excellent. The hair dryer was nicer than most hotels and the buffet breakfast was worth the price. The only cons was the bed was very firm (almost like concrete) and the water pressure was low in the shower. I wouldn’t return for those two reasons.

The room was very smelly and I believe they had an issue with their drains which they were aware of, but still sold the room! The air conditioning made no difference and rattled and loud so no good at all. The walls are paper thin and you could next door all the time. They offered to change the room but we had unpacked and couldn’t guarantee the next one was any better. We will not be returning despite the wonderfully central location. The management said they would reply to my email but they didnt.

We had a great stay at Hotel Rey Alfonso X. The location was perfect, right next to the historic old town and only a few minutes from the cathedral. The hotel is modern, very clean and our room was spacious with a separate sitting area plus both a shower and a bath. We knew it wouldn’t have a view, but we traded the extra space happily for a view. The staff were fantastic and arranged both an early check in and a late check out. Reception was very friendly and even greeted us by name. Housekeeping also did a great job. The mattress was a bit firm, but the team added a topper as soon as we asked, which helped a lot. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would happily return.

A great location for exploring Seville. The staff were all really professional and friendly and made us really welcome. Very nice rooms with plenty of space. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Daniel in the roof top bar was a great host.

Food not very hot…..( breakfast ) same as 2 weeks earlier. Avoid room 402 ……we were here at hotel 2 weeks earlier, better room 1 st floor. This room backed up to roof top bar, which we listened to noise till 1am, room had clogged tub drain, clogged sink, heat didnt work - blew clod air right on the bed- turned it off. Coffee creamer had been sitting in room a while ( Im assuming ) it was almost dried up . Elevator open door switch didn't work most of time, so had to use steps ( 4th fl ) Sink faucet backwards ( hot and cold on wrong side ) , banging noise coming thru return air duct, just a strange room, cut out of attic space with sloped ceilings. No typical windows or patio with door. Room had almost no toilet paper Our rooms were not like pictures Staff was nice, efficient, valet parking good.

Clean and comfortable, amazing staff carried very heavy luggage up some stairs for us, very nice breakfast with many hot and cold options, comfortable bed and pillows, and a walk-in shower that doesn't get water all over the floor and the rest of the bathroom.

Staff welcoming, friendly and professional. Hotel was spotless. We arrived 3 hours early and room was ready with in 5 minutes. Breakfast was very nice and hotel is in a great location. Can’t thank them enough. Fantastic, thank you.
