Clean, good breakfast and great location with immediate bars and restaurants on your doorstep.

Excellent hotel and staff Room needs better sound proofing as we heard every step people took along the corridor next to our room and every step and chair noise from the room above Otherwise an excellent hotel

Wonderful stay, great location!

A quiet, relaxing, enjoyable and comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and very varied. Set us up for the day. All the main tourist areas are a short walk from the hotel which also saved on additional travel costs. A nice city to visit. Would recommend giving a look.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were clean and spacious.

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel très gentil. Tout était toujours très propre. Cependant, le lit était royalement inconfortable. Beaucoup trop dur. Lorsque nous avons demandé s’il y avait quelque chose à faire, on nous a dit que oui. Par contre, en revenant, au lieu d’ajouter quelque chose pour rendre le tout un peu plus confortable, ils n’avaient que retiré la couette de la housse en la mettant sur nos valises. Nous avons dû par nous-mêmes prendre la deuxième couette qui était au garde robe pour la mettre sous le drap contour pour avoir un minimum de confort. Sachez que la piscine sur le toit et la terrasse sont incroyables et l’hôtel très bien situé.

Fantastic hotel with great staff. The staff really made our stay in this lovely hotel feel very special. Great location too with everything in walking distance. The breakfast kick started our day perfectly in this lovely city

Great location, friendly staff, clean room.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great. Most attractions were within walking distance. The hotel is right on a plaza with plenty of dining options and even a laundromat. Staff were friendly. We even received a bottle of free champagne during our stay. During Semana Santa, many processions pass through the plaza. We watched the processions either in the plaza or on the rooftop of the hotel. We will stay here again next time.

Lovely clean room, helpful staff and good breakfast. Really well located in the city. Only disappointment was the pool was closed for maintenance however we were offered use of the pool at a hotel less than 100 metres away who were part of the same company.

Very good stay with super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice. Parking was convenient but very difficult to drive in the tiny streets. The room was a good size and had everything required.

Great room, clean room, staff allowed extended checkout, really nice rooftop patio. Only negative was small soaps used at the property and some noise from above rooms/squeaky hallway noise in the morning.
