Large spacious rooms. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful even with our poor spanish. Definitely recommending the Paradores to friends and Family. Last but not least, you can't beat that view.

So pleased to choose this place for short Salamanca stay. Large comfortable room and super friendly staff. Cathedral view wlpicture perfect and 20 minute stroll to old town. Would i return ? Yes for sure. Most liked ? Parking and View. Anything not to like? Restuarant service somewhat regimental and meal not the best. Regardless enjoyed stay lots, great choice for Salamanca

Staff unbelievably rude ,close to physical abuse from cafeteria waiter my wife went to room in tears the way he shouted at us, when I complained to hotel manager he said staff member was having a bad day!!!! This is a true and honest account. Which I will expand on social media and head office of Paradors Spain. Breakfast ok but Sunday hot food not on show and Chef serving small portions all very odd,. All in all horrible experience at Parador Salamanca ,which is a beautiful city.

Strangely no hot drink making facilities in our room. Unfortunately the swimming pool was not in use - we may have been to early in the season ( late May) Breakfast: more coffee machines required or openly offer cafeteria’s at the table. Utensils at the serving tables rather than bamboo tongs at your table. The food was delicious and staff were lovely.

+) Location 20 mins walk to Center. Onsite large carpark. Spacious and clean room. +++) Super service from Mr. CAarlos at reception helping my wife with her lost wallet and hotel changes at Porto to make time to go Alcorcon (due to a Sunday close) to pickup the lost wallet.
