The staff is really helpfull. Nice swimming pool (I was the only user in march). I didn't eat in the restaurant, only took a coffee in the morning. The location is also interesting because it's very near the bus station If you want to travel on the island by bus et to go the airport North, and near the beaches and the city center

The hotel is very nice and conveniently located. The staff were always helpful and Daniel in particular was very friendly. I'd have no hesitation in staying there again. I recommend this hotel.

Good location, food is ok if a bit repetitive, but it is strange that you have to pay for your own drinks (eg water) at dinner even though this is not said on the Expedia website when I booked it.

Overall the hotel was a nice pleasant place to stay. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, with the exception of a couple of the dining staff. The bedding was clean and the rooms were generally well kept. Cleanliness only got 3 stars as there were a few things that needed attention. The bedding was clean but a couple of the towels were not. The shower could benefit from a bit of a scrub and I had to wipe down the doors and handles as they were a little dirty. If you are hiring a car, then be mindful there is limited parking at the hotel. It is all on street and is generally full. There is a large, free parking lot at the top of the town that has a lot of space. Approx 10 min walk. There are lots of evening dining options in the main town, along with plenty of shops. All just a 10-20 min walk. The ice cream shop, Berry’s, is worth stopping at. Divino and Iberico’s were both good places to eat. Be mindful that smoking is allowed at most of the restaurants and so for a smoke free meal you need to sit inside, or visit one of the few none smoking restaurants (Iberico’s is one of them). If I return to the north of Tenerife, I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Lovely resort like hotel, breakfast plentiful, rooms clean, staff very friendly and helpful, steps from bus stop, restaurants, super markets and stores as well as tourist attractions

I had breakfast on day one of my stay was mediocre. Had breakfast outside next day but being a hot day I went to breakfast hall in hotel to top-up my water bottle with drinking water. I was stopped!!!. Staff saying it's prohibited.

The room was very clean and spacious,we were self catering not much room in kitchen area a chopping board would of helped for preparing food but other than that very nice

I went to have a relaxing time and that's whati got, the staff were friendly, place was clean, guests also cool, no yobs hanging about at this place

Stayed 2 nights and had poor sleep on both, one directly caused by the hotel processing a very early alarm call to the wrong room! The bathroom is only suitable for small children as the design is so poor that you cannot enter without banging your hands and you have to open and close the door to access the toilet which is very low and positioned so that you have difficulty in avoiding banging your chin on the edge of the vanity unit and banging your hand on the loo roll holder

This was my 5th stay at this hotel and they never fail to impress. The room was spotlessly clean daily, the bed is large and super comfy and the breakfast selection is vast, so something for everyone. I will return again in the future I hope!

Everything was good

This is our favourite hotel in Puerto. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had an early check in and late checkout when we requested them. Clean spacious room and great pool area. Highly recommended!
