I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and considerate. After a long and exhausting flight, we arrived in the morning, and even though check in time was at 2 PM, they kindly allowed us to check in early. This was such a thoughtful gesture, especially as I’ve traveled to other countries where early check-ins are rarely permitted. Thanks to this, we were able to rest and recharge, ready to explore in the afternoon. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making me feel comfortable and truly valued. It was a lovely experience, and I will definitely return.

Staff at reception were very helpful and kind. Our phone in the room did not work and dirty dishes that were left outside the room were not collected for our entire 4 day stay.There are 2 average malls nearby but you need a taxi to get anywhere else.
It is an average hotel but might be better to book in an area closer to the beach. The location is good for an overnight stay and again, the staff were really kind.

Room: excellent, clean and comfortable, well serviced
Reception staff: absolutely fantastic
Service and food offering: terrible, ordered food twice and after waiting at least 15 minutes they said they didn’t have what I had ordered and didn’t have the ingredients for the smoothie that I asked for, both off the menu. Didn’t bother attenpting to eat there again.
Facilities: not as advertised. No bar, poolside snack bar mostly shut as was the outside snack bar. Only one pool for women only use and no hottub.
On the rare chance that you did find something that was a) open and b) had someone actually offering service it was ridiculously expensive…5 rhiyals for a soft drink.
No alcohol sold on site, again not as advertised.

A bit cold.
Coffee machine didn't work.
We arrived 5 hours before check i and were asked to pay £100. This was a disappointing. And not an expense I had budgeted for.

Really lovely hotel, good value for money. Central location attached to a mall with another mall just opposite that you can walk to. 10 minutes from the airport. 20 minutes from the souk and the beach. The hotel and the room had a luxury feel, good amenities and we enjoyed the breakfast. Would stay again

We reached the hotel at 8:30pm. When we checked in hotel told us that we do t have a reservation while the hotel was fully paid through Expedia. We waiting for half an hour and later on they have upgraded us to the pool villa however told us the room is not ready now and require around half an hour to be ready. When we received the room the living room and ground floor room smelled really bad but we were tired and just slept. It was a bad overall experience
