Lovely hotel, conveniently situated, clean, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Nice surroundings, shopping and dining all walking distance. Train station 10-12 minute walk away. Enjoyed my stay!

Convenient location , rooms were dated but clean so location out weighed the rooms .
Received a bottle of red wine in room with VIP access but no room upgrade . As with all hotels free public transport pass is great , transport is excellent

Lovely hotel and room with a super view.
But the room was so over heated. The radiator was on the highest setting when I arrived, I turned it off, but the room was still like a sauna for the rest of the night, and this was on quite a cold day in March! Very poor sustainability wise to be using so much heating unnecessarily.

The Reception team single-handedly ruined what could have been a nice experience. They are shockingly terrible and unwilling to provide good service. They were doing renovations and failed to tell me and put me in a room right across from drilling and very loud noises and dust. They then moved me to another room - the only one without a balcony on that side of the hotel. You’d think they’d want to make a good impression and make up for a disappointing check in.
After that so many issues followed with parking, room temperature, and the valet service, and every time the Reception team couldn’t have been more inefficient and indifferent. It’s not rocket science. They could have done so much more to make my stay more comfortable and to provide proactive and welcoming customer service and did not. I would not recommend staying at the hotel.

I can say in general the hotel is ok. Reaally clean and nice location but room really old the horrible is how treat to us the manager, we paid a lot for this hotel and the room is not was expected i was interior and dark i been to spoke with manager and her acting is like i not my problem paid more and i change. I was looking to change the hotel but i was the night before Christmas and im woth my litlle one. I dont have any options. I can recommend if you dont like to work in front the house change the job.
