Extremely helpful front desk. Greatly appreciate the helpful and friendly gesture of the front desk in making my stay comfortable. Minor things such as complimentary water bottles, help me with charging cables.. aided me greatly. Thanks to the team for their ability to fulfill customer expectations. May the team rise high and shine. I enjoyed my late night rendevous with the stars in the balcony.

Everything was great but noe gluten free or lactose free options. Also, 12 CHF for parking on low season is a bit much

I made reservations especially room they gave me terrible small room. Was not fair.!!

Ein schoenes, kleineres Hotel am Rande von Sils. Modernisierte Zimmer, relativ klein aber mit angenehmen Design und sehr sauber. Kleiner Fahrrad- und Ski-Raum Restaurant & Fruehstueck im Haus ist ok, nichts besonderes. Ich wuerde es wieder buchen.

The minute we walked into the hotel we had a wonderful greeting by the hotel manager. He was very friendly and was able to provide us with useful information. We got in and had some time to kill before dinner so we went to their 5th floor lounge deck and the manager brought up our beers for us. The view was beautiful there as it had a 360 view of the area. There was even an outdoor area but it was too cold for us to enjoy that. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We also had a patio area, but again it was a bit too cold for us to use it. Breakfast was a continental buffet, but the most memorable was the coffee! Great coffee machine that can make any type of coffee. The food was great! Main downside - the parking wasn't very close to the hotel and was also a paid public lot. We didn't realize this before booking and found it a bit inconvenient. It wasn't too pricey, but was just still a bit of a pain to walk to in the cold etc. We did wind up having dinner at the hotel the first night and had a terrible experience. I didn't want to let it effect my rating of the hotel itself because I did really enjoy my stay. The wait staff was extremely rude and not at all attentive. The food wasn't really anything to be excited over either. Overall it was quite disappointing and i would advise to try other restaurants in the area.

wunderschöne Sicht zu den Bergen bei gutem Wetter. Das Zimmer gross und gut eingerichtet. Freundliches Personal.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, freundliches Personal und sehr ruhig :-)

Ein wenig veraltet und dadurch wirkte es etwas heruntergekommen! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte leider gar nicht. Viel zu teuer ( Preise wie im 5* Sterne Hotel jedoch eher 3* Sterne Kategorie) für die Qualität und das Angebot! Service beim Frühstück sowie Reinigung sehr freundlich, an der Rezeption kam es darauf an wen man dort hatte! Feedback zu bad des Zimmers wurde stillschweigend hingenommen. Toilettendeckel quietschte fürchterlich! Zimmer 204! Dusche müsste neuen Silikon bekommen. Rezeption sollte seine privaten Sachen irgendwo verstauen und nicht auf einer Ablage legen die für den Gast sichtbar ist oder zumindest ordentlich aufhängen! So sah es im Eingang leider unordentlich aus. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt! Das Restaurant leider bis Ende November geschlossen! Dies wurde aber erst nach Buchung kommuniziert, ist auch ein Punkt welches vorher klar sein muss.
