No bathroom in rooms, smelly.

The staff wasn’t very welcoming when I checked in. Definitely felt like she was tired of her job and didn’t want to be there. The WiFi was not good. I had zoom meetings that I couldn’t join because of how slow the WiFi was. The community space was just a covered rooftop area. In the images, it didn’t look like it was in an open rooftop. I ended up leaving a day early. Mainly because I had meetings the next day that I knew I couldn’t join due to the poor WiFi. I would not recommend this hotel, or stay here again.

The place was great for a short stay. The room was a little too tiny with not enough space for carry on to open up. But otherwise...great covered rooftop, Segregated floors and clean. Free drinking water. Superbly located in Ximending.

Good location

It was a very small room but you get what you pay for. I wish there were more hooks for the towels and we were given hand soap. Other than that, the place was great to stay at when visiting the Taipei area. I would stay there again.

The place was same as photo just that may not suitable for big luggage

The room was clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom looks like it had been recently renovated (great shower). The area around the hotel was fun and right in the middle of shopping, dining, and drinking places.

The staff at the front desk knew that my knee had undergone surgery and arranged for me to res near to the bathroom and toilet room. Very Good ! Help me get the suitcase again, very caring. Thank you!

This is a very basic hostel setup, not really a hotel at all. My single room was miniscule with a narrow single bed, as one would expect for this type of accommodation. But that said, every part of the building from my room to the shared showers and toilets to the kitchen and social area at the top floor were all spotless, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. For the very small price I paid at the last minute when major hotels across the city were charging 10-15 times that price for a standard room, I think I got decent enough value.

Central location. Lots of eateries around. Safe neighborhood to walk around town past midnight. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Really convenient location with 7-11 just around the corner, perfect! One thing not so convenient was they only have female bathroom on 2nd floor and male bathroom on 3rd floor, which means if you stay in different floor, you will have to go up and down the stairs for bathroom.

This is not my first time staying with them. Room sizes and design depends on which location allocated. In general, the rooms are acceptable, clean and simple.

Excellent location, decent share bathroom and single room. Nice bed and the housekeeping are good. Hotel also will loan you travel weight scale and masking tape upon request. The root top provide you a good resting place while waiting for laundry to complete (wash + dry ard NTW900). staff is good and this hotel is much better than the nearby hotels. The single guest also well manner and not many people in the toilet even though it is full house. The shower pressure is good and the hotel is well lighted. Dedicated shower room and toilet for female (level 2) and you can only access with the room key card. I will definitely return again. highly recommended

Now got lift more convenient...many places to eat around and more rooms

I bookes double room. Room is smaller than that was shown in picture. I have 2 luggages with 20 inch size, there is no space to fully open my luggages. The amentity were not fully refill on next day, i have to ask front desk for water bottles. Bt the way, front desk service is good, and support when you ask, Overall disappoint on roon size.

I first stayed at ColorMix in 2011, I think shortly after it opened, and I had a really great experience there. I enjoyed it so much that it was the only place I considered staying on my return trip to Taipei. Unfortunately, I was not as happy with my stay this time around. When checking in, the staff was not rude, but they were not overly pleasant or friendly either. One reason I liked this hotel is because the decorating is really cool from the numbers on the doors to the tiles in the bathrooms (everything is color themed as can be seen in the pictures on the website). I was quite shocked to learn that my room was in a completely separate building. My room was just a basic room with no interesting decorating, so that was disappointing. It was very clean, just not special. Although not very friendly, the staff was willing to keep my luggage before I checked in and after I checked out, so that was nice. It is also very conveniently located near Ximen station. I am not saying that I wouldn't stay here again, but next time I might look around some more for alternative accommodation.

Everything else was great but i just think that my room layout was abit off. The stairs to my bed takes up a lot of space and it could have easily been a ladder up to the bed. The stairs area could have been a eating table. But other than that good stay 👍

This hotel comprises of a few configuration (1, 2, 4 bedder room), of which 1 bedder seems like hostel concept where toilet is shared facilities. Hotel staff responded to difficulties quite quickly and the location is very near to XiMending.
