Travelling on my own. My room was exceptional. Fab views. I ate in all the restaurants as not long had repercussion's of the earthquake. I was a little apprehensive as only a week later but had reassurance that the hotel had been checked and all safe. Staff were incredible, they all remembered my name and knew I was on my own and made extra effort to have a conversation. Couldn’t recommend the hotel higher. It was the staff that made it for me!
