Great place to having quality time with family. Great service and great place.

It was a very pleasant stay at Royal Orchid Sheraton. We were offered a room with a stunning view on the 25th floor. The cleanliness of the room, the ambience of the property overall and the courtesy of the staff were simply superb. The breakfast spread was good, not great. Overall, a very good experience.

The hotel locates very close to the Iconsiam shopping mall. But the alley is relatively small, and the atmosphere is not good, still not manageable by the hotel. The check-in process was fast, but the staff did not show me much of the facilities. I guess he told me to explore the hotel myself because he was busy, as I assumed. But, at least, he walked me to the room as he was supposed to. My room was out of the Riverview, which is understandable because I booked the cheapest one. But it was spacious and quite well-decorated. The beds were so comfortable and pleasant. Unfortunately, they did not provide the body lotion as amenities, and the shower water was not as strong as I expected. The pool was great even though some areas were not so pleasant since it was in front of the pool-access rooms. Still, it was beautiful with all the architectural buildings and light decorations. The construction is still under process in some areas of the hotel, which could make some noise during the day. It was not that bad during my stay. Breakfast is not so impressive, food choice is okay, but the taste and the quality could be improved. The croissant is not of good quality, including dim sum and sausage.

Budget hotel in strategic location, clean, with helpful staff. Everyday breakfast quite the same, but it’s worth for the price that we pay.
