An excellent stay at the heart of the busy area of Lumphini. We stayed two nights at this hotel on August 12th and 13th and found our stay to be wonderful, as we spent most of our time sleeping and/or relaxing in their very comfortable room (although I mistakenly selected twin beds when booking 😂😍). The interior colors of their property perfectly matched our favorite colors, making our stay even more comfortable. We would also like to thank their Front Desk Agent, "Sing Sing," for her excellent service throughout our stay, especially during check-in and check-out. She was very professional and courteous, and we also enjoyed our small talk when she shared that she was pregnant and expecting a baby soon. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel, and we were very satisfied with all of their services. We will definitely return. Thank you to Sing Sing the front desk agent and the entire team of Oriental Residence Bangkok 💚

Brilliant base for our first trip to Bangkok. Hotel is spotless, the three bed penthouse was large (and had a washer/dryer, hoorah) and Cafe Claire breakfast was lovely. The kitchen units had seen better days but we didn’t really use that area. Jie was lovely at check-in and check-out, in fact all of the staff were so friendly.

The moment we stepped into the hotel the staff greeted us straight away with open arms and right away you feel you are at home. Everyone was friendly, helpful and go above and beyond. The 2 bed apartment we had was excellent and every day house keeping kept it spotless and nothing was too much. The only thing I can moan about is the gym which could be better equipped other than that nothing else. Next time when I’m back in Bangkok I will definitely stay back here again and would highly recommend others to stay here too.

Notre séjour de 4 nuits à l'hôtel était exceptionnel, tant par la qualité du service de haut niveau, par la propreté et la taille de la chambre, que par le pool parfaitement bien aménagé et grand et le petit-déjeuner qui était excellent. Le métro aérien et la majorité des centres commerciaux sont à 10 minutes à pied. Si nous revenons un jour à Bangkok, cet hôtel sera notre premier choix.

Room was spacious, staff impeccable in service and hospitality. Welcome service with cold towel and excellent house made tea was wonderful start to our trip. The inclusive breakfast was made to order and included buffet option. Buffet for our family set up situation. During checkout, staff was amazing and assisting us reach the private driver. Hotel pool was lovely and location is safe for walking about.
