The hotel location is close to Central Hatyai. There is plenty of parking. The room is comfortable and clean. Recommended for those who want to bring families and small children. Most importantly, it is free from ghosts. Hehe😅

The staff were very good. On the first day of arrival, the room had a problem, they transferred us to another hotel by themselves. Another day we came back, they upgraded our room without any additional pay.

Kamar bagus, lokasi hotel dekat dengan Night Festival Mall. Tersedia welcome drink dan kopi gratis yang bisa diminum setiap saat. Sarapan model disajikan. Hotel menyediakan bus antar-jemput gratis sesuai dengan lokasi yang ditentukan. Hati-hati dengan masalah handuk, karena sewaktu cekin kami tidak memperhatikan handuk yang kena luntur dan ketika cekout kami diminta pertanggungjawaban. Hal ini kami tolak karena bukan disebabkan oleh kami.

One employee has bad service. don't care about customers Let customers sit and wait until they walk in and ask themselves. Spoken in a disrespectful tone, very slow service, told to check in at 2 p.m. go somewhere else first So I came in again at almost 1 pm. still can't check in Employees should check the information well before the customer has booked. Let customers sit and wait another half hour. The room is not very clean. There is still dust and hair. Book a room size of 30 square meters, but the room is very small. Key card deposit 500 ฿ but only get one card There is no coffee in the room. only water very small bathroom The toilet lid must be closed when going to the bathroom every time. the shower water is not strong The room is not soundproof, loud noise throughout, every room closes the door loudly. In the air-conditioned room, it's cold and then it's hot. Went to stay for the first time and then lost the feeling and never went again. The worst service, never seen a place to stay that bad.
