Amman Airport Hotel

The check in was fast. But its an expensice hotel consodering the rooms are average at best. The quality of the rooms was average at best, our room didnt have enough towels and ghe air conditioner didnt work well at all. We stayed at this hotel because it was the most convenient for an arrival at midnight.

The customer service was terrible. Was left at the airport waiting for over 3 hours for the hotel shuttle. Hotel kept telling me they will come in 5 minutes but no one was coming. After a long flight I just wanted to check into my room before my next flight. Hotel never replied to any of my emails or calls when I wanted to let them know ahead of time of my date and time of arrival. Unprofessional and unorganized!! Hotel was run down and can use a lot of work. Not happy with my experience at all!!

Convenient to airport, but a dive with terrible service. Staff was surly, couldn't be bothered with helping. Only one towel in room when we arrived. Many items on the menu in the one cafe that was open they did not have. Came back late after a long day and our room had not been made up. Had to ask twice for a roll of tp to be sent up. Kids running up and down the hall at 3am. Got a call at 2am with no answer, then 20 minutes later a knock at the door advising me my uber was there that I didn’t order. Ordered a cheeseburger, got a hamburger no cheese. Gouged you on everything. $4 for a 6oz pop. Most of the staff didn’t speak English. Never had any change in the till. Had to run off to find change and then expected that giving you back less was ok. Room and bath were not clean. If you don’t have to, don’t stay here.

Very poorly kept and old hotel

We arrived exhausted at 8:45 pm to check into our room for a few hours before boarding a 3:30 am flight at the airport and our room was not yet ready. We waited a half hour to get a room with front desk service nealry non-existant and indifferent.

I did not believe the reviews, could it imagine how dirty it is, but they were correct, the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport for a quick stay, which is the trade off for the room cleanliness as it leaves a lot to be desired. The linens on the bed are fine, but the bathroom is never quite clean. The condition of the property is showing lack of real upkeep. The staff is helpful but clearly under-staffed and the shuttle is very convenient.

This hotel offers basic accommodation with a bed to sleep on and space for your belongings, structurally fine, but it lacks several expected basic amenities. My experience may have been an anomaly, but it was still disappointing. Both phones in the room were non-functional, preventing me from calling the front desk. I was also given only one towel, with none for stepping onto when getting out of the shower. The water temperature fluctuated, starting lukewarm and later going hot but inconsistently, making for an awkward shower experience. The hotel advertised restaurants, they seemed closed or non-existent. There was a coffee shop at front desk, but it lacked milk. While it says the hotel offers room service, I couldn’t see any evidence of that or use it due to broken phones. I hope you get the idea. Check-in was slow, likely due to a flight cancellation, with long lines and several agents handling multiple guests. There was a lot of questioning at the door about who was entering and leaving, which felt overly strict. Despite an Expedia reservation, there was confusion about my booking, though they eventually found and honored it. The airport shuttle service was prompt, arriving just 5 minutes after I told them. Given the issues, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The only real plus was the airport shuttle, which was the main reason I was at this hotel, but I was disappointed by the hotel itself.

Bad hotel because it’s not clean and the smell was like a sewer. The blankets were not clean and looked old. All the furniture looked old. It’s expensive for nothing. 1 night is $255. They are going to steal your money.

Way overpriced, dirty rooms, noisy and not particularly convenient for an airport hotel. I stayed as we arrived late at night and needed a low hassle clean hotel. It did not tick any of those boxes...and three times the price of what I thought it should be. Lots of tour groups coming through and understaffed as a result. Glad to get out of there and explore real areas and hotels that have competition and therefore need to be competitively priced, cleaned and optioned.

One of the worst hotel i ever seen .. we was three in the room they put just one towel .. dirty one even without small towel .. breakfast was so bad nothing to eat .. bathroom smell is bad .. the worst the employees impolite.. and they want to take commissions from you to bring taxi .. sad that airport have bad hotel like this

This hotel is truly a 3 star motel at a 5 stars hotel price! Unfortunately I am not allowed to mention the price as per Expedia rules. Very expensive motel with dirty room. Also the receptionist told me he will wake me up at 6am without my request. I told him not to wake me up, yet he ignored my request and called my room at 6am! Overall I don't recommend this motel especially at its extremely high prices.

Save your money...it is a dump..mold and mildew in the shower...bugs in the bed..floors dirty..linens dirty...burn holes in the sheets...room smelled bad...one of the worst hotels I have stayed in my life...and I have stayed at a lot of airport hotels...
