Our stay was amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive, from the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with any request, such as for tour requests or car service actually was with Talfeeq, he was a good tour guide for the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and very varied with options for all tastes.
The hotel was a perfect location to explore the area of Madaba.

Stayed here for about 10 days. The area Madaba is much calmer and local experience than staying in Amman but is also not so far away from it. The hotel is a budget hotel and it may show in a few ways with minor issues like hot water not always being available particularly in the evening, so I recommend showering in the mornings when it was always working. But everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was very warm, kind, and always ready and offering to help with anything you need. Morning and late at night. They can help you book trips and drivers with prices cheaper than you'll find on expedia. Breakfast was included and was delicious with a very generous portion that I hardly had to eat lunch during my stay. During busier times it appears there is a buffet but when I was there it was prepared just for you. Great stay and great deal for the price! Didn't want to leave.

Stayed here for about 10 days. The area Madaba is much calmer and local experience than staying in Amman but is also not so far away from it. Receptionist was really helpful. All the staffs were kind and customer focused. Tehy helped out with recommendation to nice resturant Ayra resturant is aamzing and opposite the hotel. Also, i was booked a tour guide/taxi Taofeek, he was really good and well connected. Made my trip to Jordan beautiful.
The hotel room is big and airy. The breakfast is basic but okay. Good price and they went above and beyond. Definitely will visit again.

This place was great! Beautiful and clean facility, friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast spread that included some of the best scrambled eggs ever (which they call an omelet but Americans would see as scrambled eggs).
My only criticisms would be that the water didn't get hot in the afternoons for some reason. Also the pool was not clean. Other than that, i totally loved this place.

You get what you paid for, we only stayed for one night because its 30 minutes from the airport and we were going to wadi rum the next day.
Hotel is located in a sketchy area and its a little old but other than that everything was fine, the breakfast buffet was really good.

We stayed here for one night after an early-mourning flight and they were able to accommodate us with early check-in. The room was clean and comfortable (though the shower spilled water into the floor). There were excellent dinner options at the hotel restaurant and the grounds were lovely. Would definitely stay here again. The only draw-back is the distance to Amman.

The phones are disconnected, and maps leave you in the desert.
We were rescued by a group going to work at another camp. They brought us to the office, allowed us to use their internet, and gave us water and coffee. They even helped us search phone numbers and call to locate the nonexistent hotel.

Average hotel. Definitely not a 4-star as advertised; it’s more comparable to 2.5 or 3-star. Room is quite basic but clean. WiFi is only accessible from the ground floor/lobby area (not in rooms). Pool and bar areas are fine. Limited parking on site but can easily find nearby free street parking. Would prefer breakfast buffet or menu rather than serving several options automatically (so much waste!). Hotel is about a 15 minute walk from most Madaba sites.

My overall stay was great with an amazing staff cleaning the rooms and breakfast was good, very peaceful area to be around too. The only thing I wished the front desk was more helpful with planning my stay in Jordan like different tours. I will stay here again thou. Shukran!
