I needed a hotel in Manhattan for a couple of day and this was affordable and well located for both walking and the subway. I didn't use much of the facilities, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable which was important to me.

This is the second time staying at this hotel and look forward to staying here next time. Close to where the bus drops off and centrally located. Close to Bryant Park. Walkable to Restaurant Row and Broadway theaters. We were greeted with doors opening as soon as we got out of our taxi. Our room wasn't ready but our luggage was stored until it was. The lobby area had many places to hang out. The room was clean and smelled great upon arrival. The bed was comfortable and cozy. Nice Toiletries. When we needed a taxi the gentlemen called us one and stayed to make sure we got in it. We had breakfast in their restaurant, again excellent service and food.

Good location. The rooms are small… but bug for New York. The only let down was the WiFi was so bad. It said high speed WiFi but we could barely download even a photo. I questioned the WiFi only to get a shrug from the front desk. The phone in our room also didn’t work. The coffee shop is handy but pricy… it’s New York though what are you going to do.

Hotel was in a very good location, good dining options nearby. Room is small but efficient. Lots of area in lobby/lounge area to sit and socialize. Bar area was very nice and coffee shop very convenient. Early check in was a godsend after arriving on a red eye.
