Cleaning is the best.

Property was good but not the area.

No safe in the rooms, microwaves in selected rooms. Beds are firm.

It was great for the price would definitely stay again!

Great hotel to stay on a budget. Accessible subway lines to manhattan and queens. A sketchy area and neighborhood especially at night though

Street parking. Place was ok.

The property itself did not feel unsafe, however, the area around the hotel for walking purposes coming home from Manhattan later at night was a questionable walk back to the property. I did not like that there was not an additional lock to our room outside of that on the door handle.There was a Dunkin Donuts about 5-10mn walk from the property, and a few other fast food spots a lil further but nothing that we noticed being open earlier aside from Dunkin Donuts, or late as everthing was closed upon our return. The property had minimal amenities (small fridge) no microwave coffee pot, given this it would be a nice small amenity if there was the addition of even a vending machine for a guest who needed a drink of water. While i can not say I would never stay here again, it wouldn't be my first choice. I was surprised after driving in that the desk staff didn't have any idea where the nearest garage would be to park our car for the weekend. This again, is juat something that for tourists would be nice information to provide. Thankful the price made this value ok for the money that was spent,If i did ever stay here again I would be sire to better prepare and pack things like water for drinking overnight

I found hair on the towels, bugs in the bathroom coming from the drain/ one on the bed, and the lamp wasn't working until I fixed it. Lastly, people tried to get into my room in the middle of the night which triggered my anxiety issue that I already have.

I need to get some kind of refund back While I was sleeping some one else came in my room Before that the hot water wasn’t working They changed my room and the toilet was stopped up

It is a basic hotel but good for a quick stay. Nothing wrong with it at all, it's good for the price and the location. There were not many close eating options but there was a neighborhood market with lots of options that we went to.

Cleanliness is bad, insects and cockroaches are everywhere, be careful

The property charge you $100 for hold. and getting back after you check out. But when i book through from expedia app they never told me that. And inside the room No microwave available.

Ended up finding multiple cockroaches in my room. Told the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do and that they were fully booked so they couldn’t give me a new room

Don’t go to this hotel, it might be cheap but not worth it, we stayed 2 nights, the first night we got to the hotel the room smell disgusting and there was a cockroach and a spider in the restroom, the restroom shower has stains on the floor, and the area didn’t feel to safe, On the second day, we didn’t request room service because we thought it was going to smell bad again (we had to get a spray for the room to smell better), food options are limited around the area. On the third day we had the worst experience of our lives, we woke up at 5:30 ish in the morning to our neighbor banging on the hotel window until it finally broke, we were so scared I called the cops that keep going for about 30 minutes, we waited for about an hour and they never came, they finally call me back to tell me they were going to check smh, so the first chance we had we checked out, and noticed glass on the floor and a huge hole in the hotel window (I don’t think the workers noticed this at all), Next time we come to NY we are definitely not staying here, look for better options! We thought we were going to get hurt or something worse.
