Embassy Suites by Hilton Sacramento Riverfront Promenade

Room was clean. Everything worked (lights, shower, sink, etc.). Everyone we encountered on the staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. The free breakfast was good.

The room I rented out smell like dog in the pool was green andso nasty. You had kids running around the property without adult supervision.

I have stayed here many times and have always had a very good experience. Especially, the staff at the restaurant and bar. I see the same faces every time. They must like their jobs.

We've stayed at other Embassy Suites but the customer service from the front desk, to the valet service to the workers at the breakfast area were all FANTASTIC and this is now our favorite Embassy Suites.

I can't think of a single thing not to like about this property. The entire staff from housekeeping to security to front desk were so friendly and accommodating. Location was excellent and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Wish I could have stayed longer

My room had a funny smell. I had to keep my window open the whole time so it didn’t bug me and that made it very noisy.

I fell in love with this place, the staff were so very nice. I felt so relaxed

Upon checking into the hotel, the attendant at the front desk was rude and provided us with incorrect information. He informed us that our debit card was not on file, so we had to leave the hotel to retrieve it. However, upon returning, a gentleman named Neville assured us that there was no need to present proof of our debit or credit card since it was already on file. All he required was our address and full names. Additionally, before we went down for breakfast, we discovered that we had been checked out of our room before 11 a.m., and our key cards no longer worked. My husband had to speak with the same gentleman, and this issue occurred twice during our stay. The overall experience was frustrating and inconvenient. Instead of enjoying time with our daughters, we had to deal with the hassle of check-in issues and malfunctioning key cards. Given this experience, we’re uncertain if we would choose to stay here again.

This Embassy Suites was in the perfect location next to the river and downtown. The nightly complimentary happy hours were an excellent touch. The room was nice and the breakfast was excellent every morning. I will be staying again soon.
