Embassy Suites by Hilton Tulsa I-44

We stay here 2X per year. Great location.

The property was overall so well kept, the rooms were very nice and clean, the bar/bartender and restaurant/ restaurant staff were all great! On the other hand breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. That could use some work, and last but not least the front desk help was a 10 out of 10! Jami DeLuca was amazing! Her customer service is next to none. In my opinion she's an absolute asset to your business.

First poor stay at an Embassy. When we checked in, we knew it was a full house, which is great! Glad to see it! However, desk phone was ringing off the hook with room complaints. Some AC issues and NO hot water. The desk clerk first said it was because the hotel was full of high schoolers for an event and they all showered at the same time? My radar should have gone up then. But it was 10pm and we were tired. They said they reset the water heaters and should be good soon. Upon waking the next morning, STILL NO HOT WATER! Full house and nobody could shower. Also, makes me wonder how they cleaned/wash things? Also blonde in living room did not pull down all the way. Sad because I thought I would count on an Embassy!

Room was very nice.

First room was very poorly cleaned, used soap bar in the shower, stain on sheets, hair on sheets. The second room the toilet wouldn't flush, the a/c didn't work well, and had broken tv stand. The happy hour snacks looked like it had sat our for days, we arrived when it started. The pool was way over capacity and no employee was doing anything about it. The lady that checked us in was rude as ever. For what you pay to stay, this was all extremely unacceptable.

I liked the appearance of the inside of the hotel. And the front desk staff were nice... Other then that I would not recommend staying there nor will I be back.we were there three days and not nice did house keeping clean our room. They did come but all they did was take out the trash and leave towels once. I wasted a red drink on my blanket and they kept making my bed with the same stained Lenin, and I had to complain for them to come make it.. never the less I had to complain everyday about a dirty room for the whole stay. And I didn't even get a discount. And they didn't even wanna give me a different room cause house keeping would never clean it. Sooo yeah won't be going back

Friendly staff, good breakfast, happy hour, quiet. All in all, a great stay. Will book again.

We arrived to the hotel and the customer service was….. different? Everyone behind the counter seemed bewildered. The property itself was older but had some renovations and was nice. But we soon discovered there was some sort of tournament that weekend because there were kids soaking wet from the pool running and screaming barefoot EVERYWHERE at all times of the night with no supervision. We get into our room only to realize there is no hot water. So back down to the desk we go. They tell us they’re working on it. It never got fixed. So we took cold showers all weekend and They refunded us for ONE day of the trip. So much for a kid free relaxing birthday weekend away.

Our first room had pee on the pull out sofa bed. Customer service was quick to get us moved though. Shower water was hot or miss on heat- not sure if it’s a shared piping system and dependent on others not using it? The food was okay- milk was expired and sour. Service wise- Everyone was kind and helpful.
