Really decent hotel within 20 mins drive to DC. The property was well maintained, the staff members were very helpful and friendly and it is conveniently located with lots of restaurants, nearby! We will definitely stay here when we visit DC the next time, for sure!

This hotel was great to travel to and from the DC area. It is a family hotel so lots of kids running around in the halls. The breakfast options are great. Some of the elevators were under construction. The bedroom was spacious and clean. Would come again.

The staff were friendly, kind, and very quick to respond when something was needed. We asked for a crib when we checked in, expecting to get it some time before bedtime and about 10 minutes later it was delivered! Checking in was easy and the staff were friendly. Several areas/amenities were under construction so it felt busy and limited access to amenities other than our room. Everything was clean. The area was noisy outside, but plenty of restaurants near by.

While the staff was efficient and friendly, our room had issues. The toilet overflowed. Once all was mopped up and said to be fixed, the toilet ran constantly until I finally fixed it myself. It’s also a noisy place, thanks to highway noise that perhaps can’t be addressed, but also because of noisy guests and tour groups. To top it all off, the TV repeatedly froze, and the breakfast area was cramped because of a renovation project. We won’t stay there again.

The hotel is convienently located outside DC and Alexandria close to a few major highways. I flew to Reagan Airport and took the Metro out to Springfield. Super easy train ride. It was about a 15 min walk to the hotel or you could take an Uber to the hotel. There were alot of restaurants within walking distance which was nice. The room was nice and clean. The deadbolt didn't line up which was unfortunate since it didn't work and I was traveling solo.
The breakfast buffet was great! Lots of different options. The staff was super nice too.

Luke warm showere water. Half the outlets didnt work.construction banging at 7am. Pictures on breakfast tables of eggs bacon silverware on a china plate.no egg or bacon,platic forks and nasty paper plates. Ugh
