The excellent: outdoor area, location, comfortable room, and the staff was friendly. The okay: breakfast. While any place that includes breakfast should be celebrated, and this breakfast was also delicious. So why is this only in the food? Because we stayed for four days and it was the same everyday. A little variation would have been nice. While the inside dining area was kept clean, the outdoor was ignored by the staff and was filthy. Luckily it was cleaned before the evening. While the staff was friendly, they definitely gave us wrong information multiple times and one cost me a $45 Uber ride. The remote in our room was broke so we asked the front desk staff for help and they said they would send someone right, no one ever showed. We fixed it ourselves. The bad: the restaurant on site! It was awful. First, it was Barbie theme. Now, I loved that movie as much as any red blooded hetero sexual male, but the restaurant was too much. That much pink gave me a headache. Plus, we were told there would be a restaurant on site, but it was closed for private events two of the four days we were there. It was also overpriced with not a great selection of options. Luckily there are great restaurants within walking distance. While our room was clean, there were many broke or run down with age. Our conditioner never was filled and was empty the whole time. I packed my own but my wife complained several times. No, she did not call the front desk for it to be refilled.

Our stay was nice but…the room was supposed to sleep six, but our couch was a small couch that did NOT fold out to a bed. We also had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper and to have our trash taken out on day three because no one came to clean prior to that. We loved the breakfast and the lobby staff and the location of hotel.

Loved staying here! Close to everything. So many amenities and 10 minutes to airport. Little Italy is right around the corner. Love that they had ping pong and foosball, right next to a beautiful fire pit. Little store available in hotel and right next to gas station. Hotel had everything and the staff was on point. ONLY thing was their elevator was out, so 6 floors waited on 1 elevator. Took some time; not end of world. The TV’s had your name waiting on the screens for when you walked in, & their setup for 2 queen beds was amazing loved everything! Will visit again very soon. Also 5 minutes to petco park!!

The rooms where very clean and spacious. Staff was very nice. Valet parking was easy and fast. Only thing negative to say about the stay was there was only one working elevator. But overall it was a great stay.

Wonderful facility. Little Italy up the street and a nice view of the water close by. Breakfast included which was also a good perk. Place is also kid friendly they have a pool along with ping pong table and foosball table at the breakfast area. Only down part of the trip is parking is across the street so you are left ti decide to park yourself and walk to the hotel or you resort to using valet

Hotel was fine but most of the gals at the front desk were not friendly or helpful. Rodolfo was the only one that seemed to like his job. I specifically wanted a suite with a door to the bedroom and a desk and didn't get either even tho the room description said I should have both. Breakfast staff was friendly and the pool was good.

The hotel is clean. Probably the best part of it was housekeeping were very friendly. Nothing special about this place. The pool is very small. The hot tub is not very hot and easily gets overcrowded. They do keep it cleaned up and fresh but a few people get in and out of the pool and the whole have becomes very slick. The breakfast is pretty good, there's a decent variety including breakfast tacos, chia, and non dairy options. The 60 dollar a night valet parking is not worth it. If you rent a car, park around the corner in a public lot and save at least half the money. Location is nice, close to the Midway. Laundry: watch your stuff lest you find it missing. Little Italy has a lot to eat but not a lot to do. Our room was spacious but they put us on the stairwell and all night long folks were running marathons up and down. Not recommended if you're a light or even anything but the deepest of sleepers. The Barbie restaurant is annoying. 60 more bucks to even get a ticket. No thank you.

1. After checked in, my husband and I went to our room 3103, but the yellow light was on at the door knob, and we weren’t able to get in. I went to the front desk and told the situation to the receptionist who gave us the card keys. He said, “Those are ok, go back to your room. A maintenance guy will take care of it”. I returned to #3103, and soon two maintenance guys came and helped to open the door. They said to us, “The door is good, but your card keys have problems, so ask at the front desk to get new ones”. We entered the room, and the tv screen showed, “Welcome TODD”. Neither of us is TODD. Before going to dinner, we stopped by the front desk to get new key cards. The receptionist gave us the new card keys, and we went dinner outside. After dinner, we came back to #3103, and the card keys didn’t work again. We returned the front desk, but this time the receptionist who gave us the card keys wasn’t there. We explained the situation to another receptionist, and he looked at the computer and told us, “You haven’t checked in yet!!” What??? We went back and forth three times, and finally we were able to open the door by ourselves. 2. We made the reservation for a “Harbor View” room. The room #3103 was too low to see the harbor. We saw a big white building and some palm trees. Was our room in another room, because “TODD” should have stayed in the room? We were wondering where our room was. Anyway, we already went back and forth to the front desk three times and we gave up t
