Sway restaurant for lunch was disappointing and no help, wanted to file a complaint and no manager was working is what was told to me. However; I went to another restaurant to order food.. That put a bad outlook on the hotel since they are affiliated with the hotel

* They lied about the parking
* The room is the farthest from the elevator
* There is no microwave in the room
* The HDMI ports on the TV have been altered, so they can't be used
* Breakfast not included
* Their instructions on HOW to enter the hotel from the parking garage were incorrect
* Blood on sheet
* Toilet flushes, then returns some

Human stains in the couch was super cringe! Thankful I never sit on hotel furniture. Breakfast buffet was not appetizing. Stale bread items, and coffee- bummer. This is the new standard for name brand hotels. Such a shame. This was a Super 8 experience with nicer artwork.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The parking was easy and reasonably priced. We had no problems with locating the hotel. The room was beautiful with a great view. Even though heights scare me the elevator was amazing.
