Quality Inn West Columbia - Cayce

The staff is nice but otherwise , the building is old and look nothing like what is advertised. Rooms are dingy, musty smelling, and tub is mildewy. Hotel, Needs remodeling. Rooms are accessible from outside and it appears that people live here.

We changed rooms twice. The first one smelled like smoke ( although it was non smoking) with burn holes in the comforter. The second room was filthy. No smoke detector. Gum stuck to the headboard.

I saw baby roaches...room was stale not fresh. Very average. Customer service was average...didnt feel wanted

The property could use some maintenance. The door sweep was missing at the entrance door. The sink was missing the drain plug. The bathtub water handle was broken. One of the electrical outlet boxes was loose. Nothing was so broken that it affected my overall stay but the damage was disappointing.

Tv was unplugged for some reason so I pulled out the Little dresser unit to plug it in and that afforded me a great view of the rodent excrement that was behind it. The whole place was dirty and nasty feeling. Their giant in GOD we trust signed by the front desk didn't inspire confidence either. Seems like perhaps they're waiting for their god's return before they actually invest any money in the property or even the cleaning.

No hot water, unresponsive staff

The evening of our arrival there was confusion about the amount owed - Expedia reservation showed I had paid in full, they never paid the hotel so we had to pay for the stay again. Then the toilet was clogged - when we went to the desk to notify them they handed us a plunger instead of sending someone to the room. There were dried shoe prints on the floors Used soaps in the shower Broken beer bottles in the parking lot Breakfast first morning was less that mediocre as well. We’d stay again since all we did was sleep there but don’t expect a 4 or 5 star place if you do stay.

The onmy complaint I had was; the bathroom door dragged across the tile floor! Door needs to be cut down to give it room to operate. Everything else was satisfactory.

The rooms were very satisfactory.However, the mattresses were not too comfortable and the beds were not secure.They slid on the frames alot.

Everything was good except noise from motorcycles.

This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in in a very long time. It was probably decent when it was newly renovated but it is disgusting now. Would not stay there again if it were free frankly. Holes in the comforter from cigarettes. Dirt on the walls, the bathroom door was literally rotting away.

Smells awfully.. Staff is rude,unsafe for families... Wanted to cancel as soon as I arrived and management was unhelpful and super rud.. Management sed you paid you stay..

We stayed here twice sept 20th we checked in and was not forced to put up a depoist for the room we already paid for.....rooms werw kinda out dated burn marka o the blankets and it smelled Sept 28th said here checked in was forced to pay the stupid for dollar deposit rven tho the person in front of ua was not ...breakfast was cold ans not good limited options ....rude front desk again .....rooms not that cleaned ......will not stay here again much rather drive the 14 houra to florida then stay here again.......cashier at the pilot across the street told me thay it was a shady hotel well i believe it .....would give negative stars in posbile
