I stayed here in the 2bedroom sutie for my sons 11th birthday and it was one of the best stays in a hotel that we have ever had. They had all the supplies in the kitchen we needed and lots of space. Also i didnt know there was 2 bathrooms full bathrooms. It was amazing.

This is one of the BEST hotel stays we’ve had in our travels. Every staff member is warm and engaging but not intrusive. They genuinely want to make sure your stay is excellent. The morning breakfasts offer lots of variety with both hot and cold options and the food/beverages were great. Everything is kept immaculately clean throughout the day. Our room was very spacious and had a nicely appointed kitchen, comfortable bedding and large bathroom. Laundry facilities were extremely clean and worked great for our extended stay. We’re going to recommend this hotel to everyone we know coming this way!

The location was perfect for our American Dream adventure. It only took us 8 min to drive to the Mall. The room was comfy and clean. The location was quiet and well maintained. Overall it was a perfect stay for a family of 4. The front desk was always welcoming and smiling, willing to help. We stayed for 2 nights and they did not came to clean. Keep that in mind. Breakfast was ok. No complaint.

Hotel turned hot water off on Monday and did not tell any guests. Housekeeping did not enter our room once while there (3 nights) - no clean towels and no empty trash.

Headboard was dirty. Ceiling and vents above the bed were covered in dust like they hadnt been cleaned for some time. Did not get a hot shower between 4 of us in 2 days. The pull out mattress was unfit to sleep on and we couldnt get a mattress cover when requested because they were "all being used". Seemed like there were alot of temporary residents there vs. Hotel guests.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly, breakfast was decent . But the Jets on the hot tub wasn't really working, it would go on once in awhile and we noticed there was some worms around the pool area.
