If there was no any available rooms, the hotel shouldn’t have accepted bookings from clients. My sister in law came to check in, the hotel front desk said there was no rooms available for them.

The front desk was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. I went for a family reunion & she made sure that my entire family were accommodated in rooms that were close to each other. She took time to get to know us and our needs. The facility is well maintained nicely decorated for the holidays and clean.
