Upon check-in, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff helped me learn about the hotel's surroundings and the attractions in Hoi An. The staff spoke fluent English and were very helpful. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel grounds were pleasant. There was a free shuttle bus to the attractions.

An ideal place to relax, the reception staff from the security guard to the maid are all cute, hospitable and friendly. Good food buffet, nice clean rooms. If you are too lazy to go out at night, try a set of Vietnamese rice, too good for a small family! Next time will definitely come back.

I was very happy with this hotel and would highly recommend it! The breakfast buffet was healthy and had a good variety. Staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel itself is aging but it is very well kept. The rooms, beds, linen were very clean and crisp. Room service cleaned everyday during our 4 day stay. The bathrooms are slightly dated but were super clean. The pool area is great to hang out at and well maintained.

The location strikes a great balance—peacefully tucked away from the hustle of Hoi An’s centre, yet still within easy walking distance to the heart of town. But what truly sets Anio apart is the people. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. From the moment we arrived to the moment they waved us off in our taxi, we felt completely cared for. Special thanks to Flora, Ms Hue, Ms Van, Mr Dolphin, and Mr Ken—you turned a great stay into a special memory. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Anio, and next time, I’ll be staying even longer.

Hotel a bit of a drive to get to all the places we wanted to go. Lovely decor. We enjoyed our 2 bedroom spacious suite. Great for families.
