The hotel is new and the hotel owner was very helpful with all my questions even though I stayed during Tet. Breakfast was well prepared and had plenty of fruit. There are convenience stores and restaurants next to the hotel.

The room's soundproofing is poor and you can hear loud conversations from below. The hotel is managed in a family style. The breakfast room is small, the food is not diverse. Bed and mattress have a smell.

Regarding soundproofing, we will change the windows and use more soundproofing foam to improve this situation. For breakfast buffet, we will add more options to suit the needs of tourists from many regions. As for bed sheets, we always change them for each new guest checking in and clean the mattresses periodically to ensure hygiene and quality. Em có ở 2 đêm thì rất ưng ý, từ Check in hay Check out đều rất nhanh. Các anh chị lễ tân hay cô chủ khách sạn đều rất take care tới khách hàng. Là khách sạn 3 sao, quy mô gia đình nên rất thân thiện, bữa sáng rất đầy đủ, trang thiết bị hiện đại, mọi người đều rất nhiệt tình. Có hồ bơi trên tầng thượng free, có nhu cầu bơi thì cô chủ sẽ cho người lên mở liền. Nếu có dịp quay lại Quy Nhơn sẽ book ở đây tiếp ạ ^^
