The hotel has good service: attentive, enthusiastic staff, professional service. Room cleaning both morning and night (a bit surprising😅) My family stayed in a family room at the end of the house, with a partition between the living room and the bedroom; very convenient for families. The room interior is brand new. The bathroom has an automatic toilet, is spacious, and has a bathtub. There is a basement with games for children. Warm water swimming pool. Breakfast depends on each person's taste, with many dishes. In general, I have experienced many resorts and 5-star hotels. I find it very worthwhile here. Will come back and will still choose to stay here. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is conveniently located. It costs $2 to get to the market by taxi, or you can walk there if you want a bit of exercise. The room facilities were great—new, clean, and well-functioning. I heard about the disruption in hot water supply in other hotels, but it was not the case in The Luxe—hot water was always readily available. There was no air conditioner, but in fact, we didn't need one. The weather was cool enough during the daytime and cold enough at night, and the room was airy if we opened the window a bit. The price was so friendly when compared to the quality we enjoyed. We'll come back to this hotel the next time.

I stayed here for 2 nights. My first impression was that the staff here from Security, Reception and other staff I met were all very friendly, polite, professional. Will definitely come back next time. Clean room, balcony and window view is beautiful and extremely chill. Room is fully equipped and clean as described in the hotel's photo. Room does not have a musty smell even in the rainy season. Hot and strong water. The hotel supports early check-in when there is a vacant room without additional charge. The room is cleaned quickly. The hotel has a waiting area and a clean bathroom for those who arrive early but have not checked in yet. There is a comfortable parking space for cars and motorbikes. Overall, it deserves 10 points.

I want to express my good experience staying in this hotel. I was on holiday with 2 children, incredibly beautiful nature, fresh air, a magnificent view of the golf fields. My children really liked that hotel included 2 swimming pools: outdoors and warmed-water indoor. There is also a children's playroom. The breakfast is great, a lot of choice. Lunch and dinner in the ala carte restaurant was also at a high level. The hotel staff is very attentive and good-mannered. The guys at the reception, the restaurant and bar workers, the pool staff—you are very cool and we want to say a big thank you from our family. You made our stay at the hotel unforgettable. We would like to express our special gratitude to Eric. Eric—you are a professional in your field, you care about absolutely every visitor in the hotel and try to make maximum efforts to ensure that the visitor's stay is very comfortable.
