I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and in my opinion the service was very good, the staff and the owner were also very enthusiastic, there is also a car rental service if anyone wants to rent one, when checking out the room you get a free succulent plant, in general it's 10 VND

The hotel location is quite close to the center, convenient transportation, easy to find. I booked a room with valley view, the room was clean and had a clear view, very beautiful at night, I felt satisfied. The hotel staff was also cute. When I returned, they gave me ice lotus. I forgot something when I got to the garage and only discovered it. I called to ask and received very enthusiastic support from the receptionist. Service rating is 10 points

I saw many good reviews and the price was good so I booked it right away. But when I checked in, I was a bit disappointed. Weak wifi, weak water, no hot water. The room was old and rundown. Towels and bed sheets were old and dirty. The TV was broken. Only the 2 receptionists were enthusiastic, cheerful and cute. The room was old, not as new and beautiful as everyone said 🥲

The second time I stayed here, the hotel did not provide water, toothbrushes, tissues, ... but that problem did not affect, the room was spacious, airy, close to the center, I liked the design of the path as a corridor to help the room cool down, I could look out into the open space very nice. The big plus point of the hotel is that guests can check in early, around 11am if the room is empty, the staff will let you check in. When checking out, because I packed my things a bit late, I was 30 minutes late checking out, but the staff was still very happy and also gave me a succulent as a gift, but because the road was far, I could not bring it back. After 2 stays at the hotel, I was very satisfied, next time I have the opportunity to travel, I will continue to stay here

Ok, everyone book i. When I booked the cheap price, the staff was cute, enthusiastic and lovely. The rooms are suitable for the price. Every room has a window and balcony. I like it and will come back. Oh, when you come here, remember to go to the coffee shop next to the hotel, it's very pretty.

Cheap room rates, motorbike rental 110k/day very convenient for tourists. The staff are very friendly. I arrived early at 4am, woke them up and they still happily welcomed me and let me rent a motorbike until check-in time. You can leave your belongings. The hotel also thoughtfully printed a list of places to eat, have fun and famous check-in locations for those who don't know where to go and what to eat. Will come back next time.

The hotel seems to be renovated from a motel model so there is no elevator, quite inconvenient. The room amenities such as the kettle or dryer are old and a bit broken.

I really like this hotel. Every time I go to Da Lat, I choose to stay here because the receptionists are extremely cute and enthusiastic. I don't have to worry about arriving early because there is a place to rest and a comfortable phone charging outlet. The room is always bright, has windows, and a balcony to enjoy the cool breeze. The bathroom is clean, fragrant, and pleasing to the eye. What I like most is that when I check out, I get a small, pretty pot of succulents. I feel so warm when I take it home. The price compared to the quality is great, I think it's worth a try!

For the past 2 years, every time I visit Da Lat, I don't hesitate to book a room at this hotel. The most impressive thing is that the receptionists are extremely friendly, quickly supporting all requests, in just a "blink of an eye". If you arrive early, the hotel has a sofa area, desk and power outlet for you to sit and rest or work. The rooms here are always bright with large windows and spacious balconies, very airy space. The toilets are clean and fragrant. A small but extremely cute thing: when you leave, you will also be given a lovely pot of succulents to take home as a souvenir. The quality of service here really exceeds expectations compared to the price. If you are looking for a place to stay in Da Lat, I highly recommend trying this place!
