Booking a room here was incredibly disappointing. When I booked, the homestay didn't provide detailed instructions on how to check in. I waited for an hour in the rain. It was 12 midnight, and I shouted myself hoarse but no one came… I couldn't reach them on the hotline or via Zalo. In short, the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. The room was small and dirty; the rain caused black stains to seep onto the walls. The pictures on the website and the actual room were completely different… My experience was a total disappointment… Anyone planning to book a room here should check carefully… 😌

The rooms were incredibly dirty, the floors were peeling, the toilet smelled bad, the room itself smelled bad, and the actual place was completely different from the pictures advertised on the app. In short: I'll be scared for life after staying there once. From now on, I'll stay far away from Corzum Home whenever I hear the name.

The toilet is narrow and hot. The air conditioner must not have been cleaned thoroughly. Normally I turn it on at 24-26 degrees to be cool, but now I have to turn it down to 20 degrees to feel ok. Can't watch YouTube on TV, wifi is a bit weak. Replying to messages takes a while. Only about 2 power outlets can be used. There's no place to plug in the kettle 🤣 the dryer is heavy and dries slowly 🥲🥲

The room here is very small, just enough for a bed, the aisle is narrow. The bathroom is also narrow, the towels are dirty and torn, there is no place to hang clothes, there is no closet. There is no parking, you have to park far away, then walk into the alley. There is no drinking water in the room, you have to use shared water, go get it yourself, extremely annoying, in addition, they asked to put water in a glass jar in the room, it really looked dirty but did not dare to use it to hold water. There is no elevator, I have to carry my suitcase upstairs myself, the staircase is small, narrow and dirty. If you need anything, there is no one, you have to text via zalo to ask because they work via zalo and there is no staff there. An extremely bad experience for such a room rental price.

This may be the first time I'm using a room rental service like this, but I have to check in myself through overly lengthy steps according to instructions from Zalo. and the path upstairs by the automatically lit stairs was very dark, making me scared. and how to open the lock with numbers to get the key to the room. In general, I spent money to rent a room, but checking in and checking out took quite a bit of my time. There is no service staff. Everything that needs support must be called by phone and receive instructions from Zalo and customers will do it themselves.

The room is clean, airy, no smell. Bed sheets, pillows and towels felt a bit dirty. Check-in procedures are quite complicated and there is no motorbike parking space. Parking a car overnight next door costs 40k/night, leaving 2 cars costs 80k for 1 night at a hotel at 500k/night in Ksan. Quite absurd

1. Không nên chọn ở đây vì vào phòng đã khó và phải đợi làm hết các thao tác rất mệt, thanh niên xài đồ công nghệ còn khó huống chi người lớn. 2. Tivi không lên được, có cũng như không. 3. Phòng em bé và tấm nệm cũ. 4. Quản lý còn thờ ơ không trả lời thắc mắc của khách, không quan tâm, thách thức feedback nên các bạn đừng ngại 👉🏻 Mình chưa từng thấy dịch vụ và đối xử tệ như vậy nên sẽ không bao giờ quay lại đây lại!

An ninh bên mình em thấy ổn lắm ạ, khách hàng có thắc mắc gì cũng sẽ được giải đáp ngay, rất tiện lợi và có tâm ạ, dịch vụ rất tốt.
