I stayed here for 2 nights. My first impression was that the staff here from Security, Reception and other staff I met were all very friendly, polite, professional. The bedroom was spacious, well soundproofed, the bathroom was nice and clean... If I have the opportunity to come to Dalat, I will choose this hotel as my place to stay.

Close to the city center, convenient for getting around. The room is spacious and airy, but the soundproofing is very poor. The Wi-Fi is also weak.

Aside from the enthusiastic, cheerful staff who took good care of guests, I felt it wasn't worth the price. I booked a city view room but was put in a corner room with a tiny window that was also dirty. The room was quite dusty, and the toilet only had a bathtub, not a shower. If you wanted to shower, you had to climb into the bathtub, splashing water all over the floor. The room wasn't soundproof and it was right next to a connecting door, and the toilet had some kind of machine room inside, making it incredibly noisy 🥲

The hotel has good service, with friendly and enthusiastic staff. The food is decent and suits my taste. The rooms are generally clean and comfortable, however, the soundproofing isn't great, so I can sometimes hear noise from outside. The Wi-Fi is also not very stable; the hotel should improve it to enhance the guest experience.

Convenient location, within walking distance to the night market. Near the hotel, at alley 54 Phan Dinh Phung, there's a popular pizza place with long queues. Friendly staff. What I liked most was the bathroom with a bathtub and hot water available 24/7. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location is near the market, on Phan Dinh Phung street, with many shops and restaurants nearby, and a very relaxing Cong Cafe across the street. The rooms are clean, the toilets are new with bathtubs, and the breakfast selection is delicious. My family was very satisfied with our stay, and the receptionist was also very welcoming.

Everything is ok, there are 2 minus points: - the room is not soundproof, the gym on the 5th floor can make noise in the morning and evening. After going out, I want to rest early but the surrounding karaoke is quite noisy (I only stay in the room at that time) - the wifi is weak, I don't use it all the time, I turn it on at 4am.
