Lack of staff so no matter how many guests carry luggage, nobody comes out. Receptionist is ok. Room is okay but still smells of moldy hotel should airy before guests check in. Generally okay. Well located.

Nice room locates right in the heart of Da Lat, 1 min walk to the market. I asked them if I can check in early (because I come with my daughter) and they said yes, I got my room at 9am. Clean and tidy. But at night it's a bit noisy due to its location, to avoid that you may want to stay at higher floor (4th floor and up) or the rooms that is not facing the street. The receptionists are nice, too.

Good hotel location right on the street front of the market, many snack shops ... Clean rooms, lovely staff. But the best hotel should be equipped with generators, the day when the hotel is out of power, the whole family has to carry luggage from the 6th floor down.

Security and receptionists do not care about guests checking in & checking out. Guests have to carry their own luggage, guests to inform the information, the receptionist waited and did not say anything more, the staff just sat there plugged in the computer screen. Rooms smell very bad, must always close the toilet door if you do not want the whole room to smell.

Nice clean rooms, close to the center. However, noise management is not good. The first night was very good, the following night there was a group of guests in the same floor, screaming, noisy, open the door to the room, children play noisy play to annoy my room even though it was almost 11 pm night but no one remind. All the receptionists are considerate, cheerful, polite, and there is only one guest at the reception desk who is not happy with guests. May the hotel be aware of these issues especially noise is better.
