Everything was fine, except the bathtub was stained yellow and the bathroom smelled bad.

The room had many light switches, but none worked except the main one. The nightlight wouldn't turn on. The floor was very dusty, though luckily it was wood, so it wasn't noticeable because my baby crawled on it. The drain in the bathtub was clogged with hair, causing slow drainage. None of the small wardrobes next to the bed worked except for the larger one. The bed was old and rickety. The TV remote was too old and wouldn't work, even after replacing the batteries. The automatic door lock was unreliable. The elevator was too narrow; the 6-person, 450kg capacity elevator required two trips with luggage. My family of three adults and two children had to squeeze in. The elevator door hold button didn't work; it only held for 5 seconds before getting stuck, which is very dangerous for people with small children. The only good thing was the room was spacious with a beautiful city view from the 5th floor. That's it.

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful.

My family went on the occasion of Tet from the 2nd to the 5th. The surprise when we arrived was that there was only one security guard and one receptionist. Rất thoải mái , bufet sáng ngon.

Phòng vệ sinh vòi tắm hư, không có vòi tắm rêng bắt buộc phải tắm bồn rất bất tiện. Nội thất cũ, chăn mền rất nhiều bụi vải. Bữa sáng rất tệ.
