Starting with the fact that I booked a room and paid 100% in advance through the app, I arrived 15 minutes early at noon (60 minutes earlier than the booked time) but still received the hospitality and enthusiasm of the owner. Then a series of dissatisfactions, the room was quite hot so I had to request a fan. - The wifi was VERY WEAK 6-10MB/s, when I reported that I needed to handle it urgently because my husband and I and my child needed the wifi but there was still no movement from the hotel, I only received the reply "B, try changing to another floor to see if it's ok!". How can it be OK when the room on the 2nd floor can't even use the 2nd floor wifi, it can't be loaded, what more can I hope for? I immediately requested urgent handling, and it's late at night and I still have to use 3G to criticize! - About the hot water, the water takes a long time to change from hot to cold and vice versa, and it's very weak, I can't enjoy it when I shower, it just makes me more angry! - The towels smelled musty, and the bed sheets were moldy (felt like dust mites). My wife and children couldn't sleep because they were SCRATCHING ALL NIGHT!! Now I can't get a refund, when my family and I met the host family at night, why pretend to be friendly and invite them to dinner when they DON'T EVEN DESIRE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM? They had a delicious meal, but MY FAMILY DIDN'T HAVE A FULL TRIP! THAT WAS A MISTAKE TO BOOK A ROOM HERE!

Hello, First of all, Home is very sorry for your bad experience at Home on March 29, 2025. We would like to reply to the following issues: - Regarding the wifi issue, we do not know how the network settings have affected the weak wifi situation. We really have difficulty solving the wifi issue, so we have texted you with the good intention of changing to a room with a view on the lower floor and resetting the wifi modem to have a better wifi signal. However, we have not seen any response from you, so we think the wifi is better now. - Regarding the bath water, towels or bed sheets, we have not received any information from you. Since Home has been operating until now, when Guests staying at Home have problems or requests, we have tried to support them within our capabilities, from early check-in to late check-out, to the need to change rooms immediately for Guests when Home has a clean and vacant room. But it is sad that Home did not receive this information while you were staying at Home so that Home could support you promptly. - As for the invitation to dinner, our family sincerely invited us, not just pretending to be friendly. Some previous guests even asked us to cook for them, such as lunch and dinner. - In addition, if you check out late at 3:00 PM, Home still supports late check out. If you want a refund, Home is ready to refund. Please text your account number to our phone number so we can refund. Best regards.

From home to the market is about 4km, the road to this area is also a bit deserted at night, but in return, I stayed in a double room and found it spacious, with a balcony, the room has full amenities such as hot water, hair dryer, anyone who wants to cook noodles for a night meal can go down and ask the owner for hot water. The owner is friendly and cute. If you want to rent a motorbike, you can also contact the home. Overall, it's 9.5 points because it's only a little far from the center, the rest is okay

More like a hotel than a homestay, the room is clean, but you should do the soundproofing :)))) the house is black and shiny but can't see the 2 of them, see 1 time ha :))) friendly host, very enthusiastic. View behind the house is quite nice, the location is a bit far

The room looked exactly from the picture: it was new, clean and well decorated. However, the room do not have good sound prevention. I could not sleep because the other rooms were too noisy and also the staff downstairs.
