Upstairs rooms often do not have water, do not clean, guests take a new towel, leave the contact details over 3 times saying the postage will pay, thanks properly promised many days have not been seen 20 days map

I forgot my bag and asked the hotel owner to give me as much money as I agreed. Called many times that the hotel owner said it was very busy. I accepted to give up. The room is for 4 nights without cleaning. Overall bad

I was assigned to the last room of the top floor of the hotel, not allowed to clean the room, my room had wifi but could not use, had to use in the next hotel, was attached to a 1 star hotel but the quality was good. a little bad case ...

Staff was so uncomfortable and not friendly. We had problem with this booking and they solve before i called to service. The room is ok, clean but they set up facilities is so old. The towel is bad. Need to friendly and kindly, every problem will be handle better

Bad and old faculties (broken door lock, no fan, very small shower room). Bed is quite uncomfortable, had to request towel for showering. Staff are bunch of kids sitting play game noisily at the reception. Honestly wouldn't recommend. Luckily, I only stayed 1 night.

Check room more than 10 days and then there is no room to receive, say not receive gmail, guests take out the room already. what's the reason? for passing hotel next to old, inconvenient. Come back tomorrow, wait for the room like a cat waiting for the fat at the reception. First time going to the hotel that costs 10k per car.
