Friendly staff, but on the app I booked deluxe double 1 queen bed 1 full but when I received it, it was 2 singles. The hotel blamed the app, the app said to leave (twin) while twin was cheaper, I chose double which is a big bed with a higher price. Bad experience!.

New hotel (about 20m from the main road), minimalist, modern, luxurious design, clean rooms, netflix, very "Hue" staff, friendly, enthusiastic, near walking street, near Phanxico church, near Quoc Hoc school, near Truong Tien bridge, near Hue souvenir shop. Rooms have clean balconies; large, new toilets, minimalist design, electric mirrors, very suitable for girls 😍 The hotel allows storing luggage before and after check in and check out. 100 VND is not included. If I have the opportunity to come to Hue, I will stop at KLY again and I will also introduce my friends to go there 😊

I have stayed at many hotels in Hue but this time I was extremely impressed with Kly Luxury Hotel from the hotel, staff to the security guard who were all lovely.

I booked this hotel because my cousins had stayed here previous nights. However it was the worst experience ever to me. - I book the most expensive room type on traveloka with the biggest room. But my cousin told me her room was 25% cheaper and bigger with better bathroom. I call the hotel to asked if they gave me the wrong room. They said no, those room were the same type and they wouldn’t change/ switch the room for me. - No telephone in the room, so it’s inconvenient to reach the receptionist. I had to call them whenever I need by my cellphone. - No room services - No daily room cleaning or refilling elementary until I called and asked. They said they dont do it, now I requested, they would do that the next day (so I booked 4 days 3 nights, they cleaned my room only once) - The receptionist let the grab delivery guy go straight to my room on 2nd floor and knocked on ky door without letting me know or getting confirmation by me first. Which was inappropriate, unsafe and creepy. => unprofessional, overpriced, bad services Mình đặt khách sạn này vì em mới ở đây và chỉ vừa trả phòng. Nhưng đây là trải nghiệm tệ nhất mình từng gặp. - Đặt loại phòng đắt nhất của ks này trên Traveloka, nhưng em họ nói phòng của em ấy rẻ hơn 25% và rộng hơn, phòng tắm cũng rộng và đẹp hơn. Mình gọi hỏi ks xem họ có đưa nhầm phòng cho mình ko thì họ nói là 2 phòng cùng hạng và từ chối chuyển phòng khác cho mình - Không có điện thoại trong phòng. Bất tiện khi cần liên lạc với lễ tân hay nhân viên - Không phục vụ đồ ăn - Không dọn phòng, không refill khăn tắm, nước uống v.v… Ngày thứ hai chiều trễ về thấy ko dọn phòng mới gọi hỏi thì họ nói là mình phải gọi yêu cầu thì họ mới dọn và quá giờ dọn phòng hôm nay rồi nên mai sẽ dọn. Nên là ở 4 ngày 4 đêm chỉ được dọn đúng 1 lần. - Lễ tân cho Shipper Grab lên thẳng phòng mình gõ cửa, không thông báo hay xác nhận gì với mình. Nguy hiểm và vô cùng thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Túm lại: Dịch vụ tệ, giá cao so với chất lượng. Không bao giờ quay lại.

The room is quite spacious and fully equipped. The location is close to tourist attractions. One minus point is that the male staff is not enthusiastic.

The hotel is new and centrally located. However, the room rate of 1.4 million VND/night is too expensive. You should check the price carefully for each day. You should book each day to get a better price if it is a holiday.

The receptionists were very helpful in helping me check in early. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, I really liked that.

Located in a slightly difficult alley to find, there is no place to park the car (have to park on the street) which is a bit inconvenient. In return, the staff is extremely cute, the security guard is enthusiastic, the room service is very clean. And Hue people are very friendly, wherever you go you will meet lovely people 😃

The room is clean, the furniture is comfortable, the view is ok... the staff is polite and enthusiastic... the price is cheap... I accidentally booked a room right when the hotel was opening with a discount so I booked to try it out... I didn't think that with such a cheap price, the hotel would be of such good quality beyond expectations... the hotel is located right in the center, very convenient for going out... in general, there is nothing to complain about... next time I visit Hue, I will definitely come back...

Central location, walking distance to Truong Tien bridge, walking street, ironwood bridge. The hotel room is very new, fully equipped. Super cheap room rate. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Worth staying when coming to Hue. A great trip.
