Clean, quiet, enthusiastic staff.

The room is tight, hot, and there is no timely support staff

Good hotel, nice, cheerful and enthusiastic staff, support customers to change rooms comfortably. The room view from the back is nice, airy, the bathroom is nice, clean, only the bathtub is difficult to contain water because the drain is not tight. The rest is "genuine". The next time I go to Hanoi, I will continue to stay here

Quiet, clean, quality suitable for money, friendly staff. If you are travelling alone or simply sleeping overnight, this place is a very perfect choice.

Well, staffs are hospitality, room is clean. However VIP room is quite small, guess 'cause things are expensive there.

Although the staffs are nice and friendly, the room is not clean, especially the bedding and toilet. A good point is that there are many karaokes, restaurants and coffee shops next to the hotel.

The room is large, clean, comfortable and well equipped just like at home. There is also a big round table with four chairs inside. The owners are very nice and friendly. Absolutely I’ll come here again next time. This place is very good for you to stay and recharge after a long day enjoying busy street of Hanoi. The restroom is small and clean, just outside of the room.
