Very nice employees and overall nice facilities. But with beds like these, you can book the medical treatment right along with it. Both my wife and I got back problems despite not usually having them. I had been looking forward to staying at a Lotte, but who needs back pain from the hotel?

7 years since our last visit here but the Lotte still has a lot to offer. Great location for walking to restaurants and Ben Thanh area … go out of the back entrance and within minutes you have bars and a variety of places to eat at.Stayed in an executive room which was a good size and offered great facilities as well as being well maintained. The Club Lounge offers soft drinks, beers , wines and spirits at various times of the day and the food on offer in the evening was plentiful and tasty. The pool area is like a tropical oasis and was very peaceful when we stayed .. sun beds had comfortable mattresses and towels were provided. Definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back again at some point.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic. Room service is fast and thorough, they are done by the time we finish our breakfast buffet, which was also AMAZING. The selection was overwhelming! Special thanks to the concierge and front desk staff who go out of their way to help us with bookings and recommendations. It wouldn’t have been as fun a trip without their support. LOTTE hotel was a highlight for us. Would definitely stay again.

The Hotel had the best view in the city, looking through the sunrise at the river every morning and at night with the bason bridge changing color such a beautiful and relaxing, exactly what I expect for my vacation, i had a peaceful stay, the bed are soft also the pillow, all the staff are super nice, I highly recommend it.
