The hotel does not have a parking lot, the room is really disappointing, the advertising photos are not realistic, the room looks like a motel, the water is sometimes not, the toilet or the middle of the shower runs out of water, There is no elevator either. Except for the staff, they are enthusiastic and attentive. Overall will never book this place 2nd time

The bed sheet had burnt iron on it, when I checked out, the staff intended to blame me. The room saw cockroaches crawling on the bed sheet.

Sorry bro, the room has cockroaches crawling on the bed, so why don't I ask to change the room or change it to a new one. I booked a double 1 room and received a triple two bed and checked in three or four hours early at no extra charge, why didn't I see a mention. Both he and the staff came to verify, because they could not prove why the bed was so. Employees also do not make it difficult for their family. But I don't intend to blame like your comment. I don't know if it was due to many guests but the service staff was too poor. The room is not air-conditioned so please use a fan to ventilate the room The staff hummed and couldn't see it. Do I have to go get it yourself, when I got it, I asked my sister what did she get the fan for ?. Not sure what to say.

At the time of checking in, you and your brother said to the room delivery staff: "The room is airy, has a balcony, has sunshine, good parents". Your family room has an area of 38m2. So the comment above is not satisfactory and accurate As for the soundproof at night, there will be noisy and echoes because the rooms are close to the balcony right, guests joking in the hallways, walkways, balconies will enter the room, Loft will try to fix the problem. this. Staff are not friendly, could you please share more for Loft training staff more. Thanking you.

The room on the second floor smells very musty. The third floor room should be selected. There are few staff so although the enthusiasm, support was not quick. The food in the restaurant below is not good.

Staff are very cute, enthusiastic and polite, prompt and thoughtful support. The room is clean but the equipment and furniture are a bit old. The minus point is that the soundproofing room is almost unavailable. All outside activities are heard clearly so it is quite noisy, affecting rest.

Rooms are like rooms, have a musty smell, the blankets are still very cold, very unhappy, the bathroom is very secretive and stuffy, the outside sink is dirty and clogged. surcharges quite expensive 80k 1 person for 1 day, how many days they multiply. Happy reception, enthusiastic help. But I find it a bit uncomfortable to collect all the ID or guarantee to check in. The location is not too difficult to find, close to tourist areas, convenient for moving. The two dogs are very cute and friendly, but cats are just standing still, scratching me bleeding

Thanks for your comments and suggestions. Loft will fix the problems you mentioned. However, there are some problems such as, when guests check in, they must provide full identification documents for the receptionist to register temporary residence for guests during their stay at the facility. In cases where there is no identity document, the accompanying person must fill in the guarantee form according to the available form which is completely in compliance with Loft's regulations as well as the requirements of the authorities. When you check in the reception is also clearly explained. You book 4 people, actually stay up to 6 people. About the cost when surcharge notice before you check in.
