Nice hotel. Fast check-in and check-out. We arrived in Sapa at 6 am and were able to leave our luggage. We were also able to leave our luggage when checking out. This hotel has the best service.

I stayed here for 2 nights, the view of my room was quite ok, the room was also quite good, however, maybe the day I arrived the weather was humid so the room had a musty smell, the balcony was not cleaned and weeded. The staff were quite cheerful and friendly

At 6am, leave your luggage, clean up, rest a bit. Call to rent 2 motorbikes for 120,000 VND/day to go out, have breakfast, go to Fanxifang. Return at 2pm to check in. Room on the 6th floor, nice view. Overall, the price is reasonable for the service, close to the center. Walk a bit to the stone church.

From the hotel, you can see Sun Plaza and walk there. It's not far. The restaurant is spacious and has a variety of food. The reception staff is also lovely.

Spacious room, helpful staff, walking distance to restaurant and Sun Plaza. The hotel is located on the hill, so it offers a nice view from the room, but it also means lots of work to go up to the hotel.

It's a nice hotel for families. The staff are excellent; they treat us kindly even before check-in and after check-out, but it just needs improvement for the room interior because it's old style. For breakfast, we hope they just serve halal food.
