Friendly staff, close to the center of the city, and plenty of food options nearby through the back entrance on the first floor. The hotel is clean, with clean, like-new rooms and comfortable beds. The facilities are also good. Recommended for those planning a vacation in Sapa.

Really, a truly great hotel! It’s very close to Sapa Centre—only about a 5-minute walk (using the shortcut on the 1st floor that the staff told us about). The view from the hotel was absolutely amazing; we were truly impressed by the surrounding scenery and the fairly spacious balcony. The room was spacious and easy to move around in, with complete facilities including a mini fridge and hairdryer. Both the room and bathroom were clean — everything was excellent. Even the breakfast was great: there was a wide variety of food, and it all tasted really delicious.

A worthwhile experience and I would very much like to return.

At 6am, leave your luggage, clean up, rest a bit. Call to rent 2 motorbikes for 120,000 VND/day to go out, have breakfast, go to Fanxifang. Return at 2pm to check in. Room on the 6th floor, nice view. Overall, the price is reasonable for the service, close to the center. Walk a bit to the stone church.

Nice hotel. Fast check-in and check-out. We arrived in Sapa at 6 am and were able to leave our luggage. We were also able to leave our luggage when checking out. This hotel has the best service.

From the hotel, you can see Sun Plaza and walk there. It's not far. The restaurant is spacious and has a variety of food. The reception staff is also lovely.

Spacious room, helpful staff, walking distance to restaurant and Sun Plaza. The hotel is located on the hill, so it offers a nice view from the room, but it also means lots of work to go up to the hotel.

It's a nice hotel for families. The staff are excellent; they treat us kindly even before check-in and after check-out, but it just needs improvement for the room interior because it's old style. For breakfast, we hope they just serve halal food.
