The image on the app looks quite spacious but in reality it is not. The hotel does not have parking space. If you want to park your car, you have to go to the parking lot or you can only park it at the hotel at 11pm. It feels quite inconvenient. Overall, I am not very satisfied with my stay here.

The family room was spacious with 2 queen beds. It was alright. Nothing fantastic. The receptionists were nice & helpful. Halal restaurants were never an issue as they were located outside the hotel. However, the trip to Ho Chi Minh was amazing!

The hotel staff helped during check-in, but the problem is that the room is cleaned every 3-5 days. We got a room on the 9th floor, where there was no notification that the elevator only goes to the 8th floor. So we had to lift our own suitcases without any help or offer from the hotel staff.

The hotel is in the center but the price is also reasonable. The room is clean and beautiful. Especially the receptionists are enthusiastic and friendly. The first day I booked the wrong day. The receptionist supported me very enthusiastically.

Very satisfied staying at this hotel! The location is very strategic, it is located in the Muslim area so it is easy to find halal food. In addition, this hotel is also close to Benh Than Market, so I can easily shop and enjoy local cuisine. Advantages - The location is very close to the Muslim area, making it very easy to find halal food. - Close to Benh Than Market, so I can easily shop and enjoy local cuisine. - The hotel room is clean and comfortable, with adequate facilities. - Very affordable price! _Disadvantages_ There were no significant shortcomings during my stay at this hotel. _Conclusion_ I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a strategic, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. Its location close to the Muslim area and Benh Than Market makes it very suitable for Muslim tourists who want to enjoy halal cuisine and shopping.

I've been to Ho Chi Minh twice, always stay here, comfortable and looking for halal food, just 5 steps in front of the hotel with a variety of restaurant choices 😊😁 to Benh Tanh Market is also just a few steps, easy to find souvenirs and don't have to worry about other shopping centers n tourist attractions 💓.

The condition of the hotel quite old. The bed got a unpleasant sound, shower also broken. The toilet bowl also unsatisfying. But the location is perfect at the malaysia street. Their staff also nice and helpful. Overall, i’ll not come here again as I am not satisfy with the hotel condition.

We ordered 1 family room but upon arrival were given 2 regular rooms without charge. With 2 different floors. The strategic location of the halal food center and very close to the ben than market employees are friendly and very helpful, even they can speak Malay, it is recommended.

Okay. Aircond was cool. There was an aquarium for cooking. Toilets are hot and cold water. Channel tv has many broadcasts. Just a small key door lock is not safe, even though there is a key lock. And when they paint the walls. The smell of the paint came in the room. Do not like

Overall ok but during check in process, the reception told me that my booking (standard room) is not available due to water probl. They changed me to superior room but asked me to top up money. Not willing to pay as it’s not my fault. Lastly they decided to upgrade the room for free. It’s not the right process to ask guest to pay for the upgrade as it’s not our fault.
