The staff here are very enthusiastic in supporting customers, the rooms are clean, the resort area is in the center so it is convenient for finding restaurants. The private beach is great!!!! Every time I go to Phan Thiet, I choose The Cliff. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, the breakfast buffet is diverse, suitable for my taste, and the drinks are changed every day. The location is convenient for visiting surrounding places. Although this time the sea encroached a bit too much, making it a bit inconvenient for children to swim, otherwise it was great. Next time I go to Phan Thiet, I will still choose The Cliff.

The accommodation is very convenient with a swimming pool, a very clean private beach with a supervisor, cool green trees, delicious and diverse food, close to the center, clean room, the minus point is that the toilet smells and the toilet door has a gap that is not tight, and there is no door latch which is inconvenient.

Oh my god, in general, it's worth the money. Especially the service staff here from the receptionist-spa-waiter-to even the guys carrying suitcases, everyone is very friendly, enthusiastic and attentive. I love how the staff are trained extremely well. (Bonus: even the guys cleaning leaves and stuff nod when they see customers)

Everything was fine, however, the staff at the KID CLUB indoor game area when we entered saw the staff sitting cross-legged on the phone. Noticed that the following guests came in and the staff did the same and did not greet them at all.
