The hotel staff is very supportive and friendly. From the security guard to the spa staff, the service is very attentive. Convenient facial check-in without the need to carry a card. I bought a combo of 3 meals and a ticket to safari+ vin wonder, so I got a great discount. Staying at a hotel with a shuttle bus to the amusement park does not have to cost a taxi. It was a wonderful vacation. Thank you staff

I called the hotel to pick up at the airport, when I got to the airport, no one picked me up and the staff said: I didn't call and investigated that; the staff wrote down the wrong flight. The staff didn't apologize at all. Bathroom tub: needs regular. Maintenance, broken drain cap. Pressure water pressure in shower. Lobby bellboys need to lookout for customer best interest rather than collaborating with taxi drivers for extra benefits. Confusing bustop at T1/T2. It would be great to post trip map on the bus for better clarification.

Room is spacy, the balcony is very big, the view is amazing and the Hotel looks and feels new. The swimming pool is super large. We had great fun here. The breakfast buffet, however, is not as good as it was 3 years ago, should improve.
